Locking dance created this dance call popping not sure how the b boy dance came to be but some of the movements it’s from locking like get down b boy move it mean break down flower style in locking there is a saying get down uprock meaning foot work in locking that’s what we call two step every which way from side to side n back n front back spin in b boy it means on the floor on your back in locking it means back spin standing up n so on n on I know my stuff

Some of the moves they were doing is locking waving is from locking locking dance was the first during the disco dancing era before popping back slide wave style was the first popping move before other moves came out the strut is a locking move whoever claiming that style don’t know the true history of dancing homie you forgot about the white man n others before you guys moved into the area
