Well that’s a better installation than from 6 yrs ago when I bought a non bidet seat type, but I wouldn’t recommend this toilet ever. I’ve had issues from day one with my flush valve and new parts don’t help. I can’t get my hands in to clean or find out why the water is leaking past.

I just finished installing a total wall home and I believe my partner pulled out the orange ring and now when you refresh it for some reason the water comes out the side like there's too much water in the bowl

@@pedromorales6804 FYI I did the same and we had to remove the toilet and install it back again. It says in the manual not to remove it as it causes it exact thing that you experienced, it must be some kind of restrictor.

Any ideas on how to hide all the ugly cables? i have a wall mounted toilet. i have had the builder install a capped water point and a power point but i just hate the idea of cables everywhere. ruins the minimalist vibe.

Heads up! This video has it wrong for most Toto seats. The water line coming out of the wall is 1/2", usually, so it won't fit this way. You have to attach the T connector directly into the water tank, NOT the water line from the wall

Hello Chris, the video is exactly for that type of skirted toilet, the other way is impossible to attach the T-connector directly to the water tank (see the toilet of the video). But you are right about 1/2'', thus, an adapter from the T-Junction to the water valve on the wall might be needed. Another option is an extra short extension hose.

This is the Toto Asia Oceania channel. This installation is correct for probably much of that part of the world. For the USA, you do have to install it directly on the tank (The video on the Toto USA channel shows this). The instructions that come with the bidet can be confusing, because it shows both options, but really only one option will work depending on your type of toilet & supply line.

@@speedocowboy The video for USA is not taking into account the new type of toilets like the one in the Oceania video.There is no way to be able to connect directly to the tank to the toilet that is shown in the video, and there are plenty of those toilets in the US as well. Thus, I believe that both installations should work.
