I don't like it being a sport. A sport is something you can train to be better. Ofc you can train to be better in beyblade but most sport is simple, like a ball and you gotta kick it or throw it aomewhere. However beyblade is always changing so just buying one won't be good as in the future, the first gen beys will no longer be that competitive

The concept of Gear Sports is interesting even though Takara Tomy is primarily focused on selling their products and earning money there is a chance that Beyblade can emerge as a sport in the future. As of now Beyblade has a good foundation to be a competative game. All the franchise needs is an organisation to support the designing and creation of custom such beyblades while taking inspiration from the Takara Tomy and Beyblade anime and manga. • There could be the introduction of anime accurate stadiums that can replicate the intensity. Or, any other development that can evolve the game... But all these will be speculations for now because maintaining all these will be costly as well.

Are defense types still good in beyblade X? Seems to be at a disadvantage since theyll be getting xtreme dashed if they bunker in the middle

Id Fortnite can become a professionally played sport so can BEYBLADE

As long as people still not using technique in playing the beyblade, it wont be a sport. and until now, I am not seeing someone distinctly using technique based on their opponent's beyblade in japanese tournament For the product, I personally see that they are serious. If we are talking about milking money, lets see at yugioh nowadays or even vanguard from long time ago. Pro players still exist eventhough they are milking money. but I hope beyblade wouldnt be that low

They just trying to spread there all product to across world, So they sell more stuff and earn more money from beyblade, "Beyblade sport" just a tag line word like most of mobile company tag line, If takaratomy hire some companies to host WBBA tournament in India that's would be the best thing, in Singapore, Philippines etc county's toyrus host those WBBA tournament's And we need that here also.

It's pretty funny tbh bc as an older person who grew up with metal fight I am pretty happy with this new generation. I'm not particularly interested in the idea of it being a sport but I really do enjoy the additional strategy this generation has. At the end of the day it's a toy and it's doing a lot for my inner child. I'm happy that things are less skewed towards kids and I think that's the biggest perk of this generation.

Dude this is such a useful resource. As someone who's about to get their hands on beyblade x for the first time I was really curious how launches would evolve (only played mfb as a kid) as they were super important back when I played but I feel like bursts stamina meta really took that factor out of the equation.
