can you replace the ON OFF switch completely and use only the key ignition to turn bike ON / OFF?

You could but you would need a switch that can handle higher amperage draw. As you can see, the wires going to the main bike switch are much larger.

Oh and can you us one with a plastic piece and just plug it into the module for the key ignitoin

For the keyed switch to work, you do need to cut the wire on the bike. You are connecting the switch wire inline so the current passes through the switch.

I bought the switch off Ebay. Search : GY6 Key Ignition Switch Lock for 110cc-125cc ATVs TAOTAO . It was around 6 bucks.

@@prestoncook5722 I don't have pictures of it and I don't want to take the plastic pieces off again. The switch is only 2 wires. In the video I do show the location of the connector and state what color the wire to cut is.
