I use an iPhone and a ring light. I don’t have an expensive camera that many larger channels have because I receive no PR or payment from You Tube. That being said, shimmer or color shifting colors for eye shadow are hard for the camera to pick up. The highlighters are very hard ti pick up. An expensive camera and studio type lighting would pick things better. One ring light isn’t going to do it. The monetized channels typically have two additional side lights with filter in addition to a ring light. Thank you for your input.

I like the lip gloss. The balm though didn’t go on very easily at all. I was having to tug it over my lips. I’m hoping that will get better as I use it.

I too got both the small cleanser and toner and then the regular size in an Edit special. I had used the toner and cleanser separately before and not had a problem. It’s when I used one after another that I had the almost instant irritation. I think it is the toner. I primarily use Byroe toners. If not those, I use Fenty, Dermalactive, Elemis or Murad. I used my Byroe pumpkin cream tonight and it made my skin feel and look noticeably better.

I don’t think everyone will get the salmon color. When I first saw the color, I didn’t like it. But it is a lip gloss and is nowhere close to the color in the tube. It actually goes on with quite a natural look. I like to get a variety. I like this alot better than the lipstick I got from them last month.

The bag has the darker plummy gloss. This is a video of the box. I watched some spoiler vids e1 said they got the salmon. Give it a try you may be pleasantly surprised! That’s the point of sub boxes to get stuff you would not normally pick for urself so u try new stuff! If you had your heart set on a certain color buy it or u won’t be happy. I’m not trying to be rude but it is a rly pretty color a dupe for the new Dior poppy coral lip gloss. It’s got a mirror. Can u get any more bougie?!!!! 🤑 Gerard is not a cheapo brand we got Gerard bb too I’m kind of annoyed I’m too pale for it but I kind of can use it like on the high spots on my face. Wish it was shimmery or more like a liquid bronzer it’s kind of neither on me. So trust me I do understand when u get colors ur rather not getting. It is disappointing. Maybe I can use it like CT Flawless filter or something on the high points on face. I don’t hv friends or family into makeup so I can’t just pass it on. It will prob sit in my sub box bin of stuff for awhile til I bin it. But only bcoz I’m too pale for it. Not because it is an unusual lipgloss. My fave thing in the box was the lip gloss! The palette too I’ve been wanting to try Dede forever & a day I cannot afford high end indie MU much like eg ensley reign. I get new brands ev month! Ofra last month! I had that palette already from boxy. To show u how much eyescream is moving up in the world & becoming v prestigious. And some stuff just doesn’t work for us but you should at least try it on!! Don’t you get box AND bag? 😅

The lipliner looks bomb w the gloss try it ! I need Dede on my eyelids rn frfr! Too bad it’s almost time to go to bed. But tomorrow I will wear her. I am a little leery of loose pigments on my eyes. But it is amazing over top of highlighter. I loved every single thing in box except that bb I’m too pale for. I don’t mind. Let’s let our melanin individuals bipoc get their chance. Like I said I may be able to use it in high points or as a bronzer (I’m the fairest shade of every bronzer) I’m going to sub to slay glam I think instead of boxy. Boxy seems like u don’t get much when u don’t get a palette.

@@kristinanns I used to get the bag too but I liked the box so much better and was not really excited about the bag. I absolutely love the eye primer from Gerard. They have good lip liner too but the gold and print wear off the outside of the pencil badly. I don’t like for any of my make up containers or skin containers to look beat up. The highlighter is nice but it really doesn’t take much.

Fastest ever. Its a paid for box too. I don’t get PR. I wonder sometimes if the companies have figured out I have a chanel and post quickly. So, they have me getting a video out quickly and they didn’t give me a box. I get the allure and Macys box quickly too. It really irritates me when influencers complain they didn’t get what they wanted in the Icon or Boxycharm box when they didn’t pay for it. I really wouldn’t want PR anyway. I like to get what I want and give honest reviews and opinions.

It’s a good size. I would not want the bag to be any bigger. It would be too heavy to carry when filled
