Bro judging from the quality of this recording I wouldn’t even worry about making money… I absolutely would smoke you in every aspect of music and I gave up on that idea years and years ago. Do it for fun or stop wasting your time.

Music is about something emotional not something productive or even mechanic. Stop ruining art and maybe that will fix your depression and your purpose

You need to raise your mic level. This video is embarrassingly quiet, and I'm using 7.2 surround from a hifi system.

Appreciate you pointing that out -- I had to upgrade my entire setup recently

So the issue is: You infringed someone's copyright, and you still want to get paid. Solution: Don't infringe other artists' copyright. Is that so hard? Everybody knows the rules by now. There are plenty of legal ways to get samples of every instrument including vocals. Make the music yourself. No shortcuts.

Thanks for commenting! The standpoint of "Get a license or else" from the Bridgeport (2005) ruling (at the time destroying the De Minimis doctrine) is where we were, but since that ruling up until this case the enforcement wasn't as heavy handed as it could be
