Sir where do we place our research problem in our paper? Is that in abstract? also where can we find the research problem statement of a particular study paper?
@linguisticsliteraturewithimran19 күн бұрын
@@rehmatpak It is one of the most important segments of the introduction chapter. If you do not include a problem statement, you can't carry on your research

Dr seb, what's the required length, at least, for an abstract at a BS level?
@linguisticsliteraturewithimran25 күн бұрын
That is a good question. At BS level, 200 to 250 words will be enough.

Interesting! Would you say that Ireland is a post-colonial English as well, And Scotland?
@linguisticsliteraturewithimran26 күн бұрын
@@alexanderenfloristijburg8211 Well, I don't know which country you belong to but the status of Scotland and Ireland as colonial states were different than other colonies like Pakistan, Indian and African states. Scotland became the part of UK through an act of Union and was integrated and merged into the UK and remained the part of the UK and is still with some autonomy. While Ireland was a colony it was suppressed by the UK. It also became the part of the UK though and an act of union but later the southern part got independence. Now you can infer your answer from these details. Scotland English can best be labeled in New Englishes and world Englishes but not post colonial Englishes while Ireland English can best be fitted in post colonial and world Englishes. In Scotland English should be labelled in New Englishes or World Englishes Because you speak a variety of English as native speaker. You don't speak English as a second language like colonial countries use it as a second language. In summary : Scotland: More likely to be labeled as New English and, in some cases, World Englishes. Ireland: Primarily categorized under Postcolonial Englishes and also as a part of World Englishes.

@linguisticsliteraturewithimranАй бұрын
@@hoorainhaider6170 Abstract tells your audience if it is relevant and important to them to read the whole document or skip it. A well written abstract attracts your audience to read your whole thesis to understand. Methodology, approaches, analysis techniques, funding etc
