Only thing I would do different is, I would leave my microphone hooked up to the back of the controller leave my headphones hooked up to the controller put my RCA‘s from the main out to the other RCA’s on this device. I’m still not understanding where the rest of these cords go, I have an android that I do my live streams with I went back over your video several times and try to figure out how to set the switches on this so the gain goes on 8 the 🎤 ist is at 10 looks like the head phone dial is at 10 so the switches and dials that you showed us going from left to right we have 1010 8 and 0 now if you would send a response back on how to set the other side unless there’s no switches on that side that would be great

I wish you would have included in your video how to set every switch or every dial on this black box because there is a lot can I get a response back on how to set the switches and dials on this device? The only thing I know so far from watching your video is I know that my RCA mains on the back of my controller the main out go into the RCA’s in this device but that’s all I know I’m coming from the rig 2 Being a tech guy is not my strong suit now when it comes to sound that’s where I excel thank you sir for your time thank you for the video but just send a response back on how I set the switches and dials on this device thank you

beautiful set up 🙂. Mine is very similar. Not-gold 1210 m5g's and the black and white Empath and SL3 box. After almost 20 yrs of keeping my 1210's in perfect shape I kept them in my road case for a year and they got super corroded from moisture. Make sure you don't store your 1210's longterm in a road case!! Was heartbreaking to open mine up and see how fucked up they were from storing them in a way I thought was the best way to do do it

Thanks for your attention to details with the job wheels ☺. I used to dj alot in the early 2000's w/ 1210's, a Rane mixer, and an SL2 box. In the last 5 years I wanted to pick it back up for fun and found the original dj2go2 but didn't use it much. Now I'm looking for another controller now that is similar in size and simple functionality but would really love to have the full capacitive jog wheels but also some really simple eq and/or assignable fx knobs. Have any other controllers been released that have this?

I would say the Hercules Starlight. The fader is still the original with no bleed at all. The Numark fader went bad a long time ago.

Anyone know how to adjust the parameter for loop roll? You said at 28:00 mark on your video that you have it set to 1 beat roll, the max is 1/4 and I cannot figure out how to adjust it. Please show me you adjusted it.

If you go back to about the 26:08 point you’ll see that I’m adjusting the parameters by clicking on the arrows to the left or right of the parameter setting. You have to do that by clicking on those arrows with your mouse. Hope this helps. Thanks for the question and the watch Kennedy

Got a brand new rev1 3 days ago and there's a half a second delay between cue and master audio. Wired headphones, wired speakers, no bluetooth. Audio to headphones is precise, responds immediately but master is delayed, hot cue, play, scratch is all delayed about half a second to master audio. Tried all my usbs and headphones same problem. I have a numark platinum fx that it responds perfectly.

I just got my Rev 1 and I’m pretty new to all of this. I’ve been having an issue in which anytime I touch the turntable it auto cues for some reason. Even if the song is playing and I can’t seem to turn it off.

It can be used with Djay and VDJ on Mac OS. I’ve never used it with anything other than serato dj pro so I’ve never personally experienced how well.

Thanks for the question Spirit. I’m unfamiliar with how the Samsung tab works however the easiest way for me is that I plug an RCA stereo out from the controller into the RCA stereo input of either an iRig Stream (that comes with a usb c and a lightning cable for different devices) and then directly into my iPhone and I start a live stream into whatever app I’m using. You’ll also need a microphone cable that terminates into a 1/4 inch jack to plug into the mic input on the controller. Hope that’s helpful to you.

I picked one of these controllers about a month ago, pulled it out of the box 2 weeks ago. I've been watching a ton of vids, trying to learn as much as I can and I'm so glad I came across yours. I used to DJ in a really small club back in the early 2000's. The sound system was 2 CD decks hooked in a small mixer. No scratching, no SFX. This is a huge upgrade for me with all the things I can do all in one deck. Keep up the good work and I look forward to checking out your channel!
