i'm watching this when in can so i will have several comments when i do.. anyway 01:33:50 green gets 2 schience models but doesn't adavnce on the track, don't know if you catch this later but he would have triggered an event(done by pruple on his turn) and got a token that might have changed the battle he had(maybe...) and maybe part oof his game edit: nvm you noticed 30 min after. having fun edit 2 lol: 02:09:38 you got a wild model from the commerce pool and placed it in the industry row, thats ok but you then adavanced on the commerce trak, you are supposed to advance on the track where you placed not where you bought. waiting to see is this is corrected if so my apologies

severals errors in round 2. For tne second move of black ship, you decide he takes the top box card, place at 1 column more from his position, but the rules says "the automa MUST move as long as possible in maracaibo's direction so the box card he must take is the bottom one (just under the golden island), at 2 columns from his initial position the fourth move to black ship says "go to island for a raid". You move the black ship just one column, but the rules says "if the automa must do an action indicates at the bay (just before maracaibo) at least at 3 or less distance from his initial position so he must go to the bay and do the action indicate on his action card (in this case a raid action) At the last end of the round, you arrive first in maracaibo. That indicate the end of the round, so why do you do another movement to black ship and give him 6 points more? For the first and second round, as soon as a boat arrives at maracaibo, all players take his boat and put it at the start. It's only at the end of the third round that others players make an ultimate turn round 3 You arrive first at maracaibo in the second turn, so you can't begin the third round. Black ship move first because you arrives first before At 1h21 same error than before, you give black a "person card" at one culumn more than his initial position instead of taking a "person card" placing at 3 culumns YOU MUST ALWAYS MOVE THE AUTOMA AS FAR IS POSSIBLE It's the same problem for the next black ship's move, with his action card indicate a combat, he must go to the bay for doing it, because the bay is at 3 distance from his initial position

on your last turn in the first round, you don't take the action of the island. It was make a double burial or take 5 coins. if you have do the burials it was great for you. shame !

At 19:58, you took 2 damage, but it was only suppose to be 1, as the killer's opening killed a victim and the terror card moved the poltergeist to your space, there was only 1 knife on the card and her bloodlust level was only on the first and only noted 1 damage. She starts dealing 2 damage 3 levels above from where she currently is. At 1:08:09, that last heart should be your white token adrenaline +1, you would have 3 dice to roll.

Good tutorial and playthrough, thanks. For future reference: I think you must have a weapon equipped to deal damage (otherwise you could only achieve the 1 point 'punch') - so should have gone for the dwarven blade during creation. Also when you eat a ration at the end of each level - you gain 1 energy. Something that is easily overlooked.

Combat has the four phases 1. Ranged/Siege 2. Block 3. Assign Damage 4. Attack Phase For enemies with the summon icon you can defeat them in the Ranged/Siege attack phase. Then nothing more happens as usual. If you don't do that then you draw the summoned monster. You have to BLOCK THIS monster. If you fully block the attack than discard the token and on to step 4. If you did not fully block it on to step 3. If you did not block the damaged monster you have to assign the damage that this monster does to you as usual. After that you can discard this monster. After you discarded the monster (either because you blocked it or because you have beeen damaged by it) your attack phase starts. You attack the summoner! Not the summoned monster (it has been discarded already). If you defeat it then it gets discarded as well and you gain the fame. If you did not defeat it then you have to the this whole process again. In that case you have to draw a new random summoned enemy in the block phase.

Hey, thanks for posting the content. Lots of mistakes to point out, but did not watch the whole thing. For those of you watching: 1. You can heal up to 10 past your starting health. Someone said, "most characters can't heal past their health," or something and that is incorrect. 2. When Nyra is active, all of Huntress' attacks get +2! This gets missed a lot. 2. Nyra can heal up to 7, her dial clearly goes up to 7. You missed healing her at least 2 times...maybe more. 3. Huntress gets to roll defense even if you block/prevent it all or if you send it all to Nyra. I thought there was a round where Nyra should have rolled but did not? 4. EVERYONE GETS TO ROLL ON EVERY CHEST. Read the "MINION REWARDS" box on page 8. 5. No, Emperor Cobra's offensive ability is NOT an Attack, by definition and you do not get to roll defense against it. It does not do any damage. Her PASSIVE ability does damage and Passive abilities are never considered an attack. Hope that helps.

You are the man only known as "The Archivist" that the protagonist has to visit to get a vital piece of information about board games. Then later you are subdued by the 2nd in command bad guy. He gives a monologue and prepares to assassinate you, but not before you drop your D6 which lands on a 6. Then you say, "Looks like I'm lucky today," and the house explodes, taking out the 2nd in command and several bad dudes.

Well played sir! You REALLY needed Lightning with 5 weapon damage on that last room. Too much repurchasing of Fireball, which btw can only be done in between rooms during the rest phase. You kind of got confused with a few ability checks and didn't get your Weapon on the Sword in the Stone. When you traded your Dwarf away, I was like OH NO, he's gonna lose his Sellsword when he gets to Song of the Sirens!!

@@WilliamJones-pp9uz still very impressive for 1x D10. You should generally avoid spending XP on leveling Vitality especially if your main stat is not 7 yet. It's too expensive before that point and puts you behind. Although having at least 5 Vitality by level 2 is desirable so you can generally get hit twice before having to heal.

I thought all sea units have to move 1 hex counterclockwise each turn, it's mandatory, you can't choose to stay on the same hex next turn.

You are correct. The Drift trait requires all units on a water space to move to the next water space. The player can rotate those units.

First, it is beyond exciting to see someone play a game you designed, and doubly so with an expansion. Second, thanks for going all in with Hexx! I see the deluxe XL play mat, core and expansion games and additional dice, so we are grateful! Third, kudos to you all for diving into Beyond - especially your newest player. We don't call it an "expert expansion" for nothing. The game was well run by the facilitator and I loved the annotations. When we demo, we love to have four players because we sit back while they teach each other, and we get so much out of the experience as well. 1. Stopping on a Stop Space is optional. You can Move through them freely. 2. The word "may" always implies a choice, (for example, you can Collect 1 or 3 on the Monastery, but not both) 3. The Binary Moon checks the printed Starting Data of the adjacent Planet, not that Planet's current Data. 4. Move is a keyword. If you Move, you can Collect Data. So you could Land on a Planet on someone else's turn using the Isomorphic Flying Harness and Collect Data. Cards that 'Relocate' your Ship or some other non-Move ability do not allow you to Collect Data. 5. All Play card effects happen in turn order, which could be significant to the card's result. 6. Imaginaria's Collect ability is if you Land there. It's a 'Collect' effect, not a 'comes into Play' effect.

7. You could've Played Nova Colossa next to the Asteroid Field. 8. You can Play the Parliament if you have no Data - that could be the best time to do it heh heh... 9. Re-read Forbidden world - you only Collect 3+ what you Rolled, not an additional 6. 10. When a card says "you" it refers to the Player who is Playing it, not everyone, so the Impossible Luck Worm only affects the Blue player, not everyone. Cards that affect all Players would say 'each Player' or 'all Players'.. 11. Stasis Barrage can be Played in response to a Move Roll, or any Roll.

12. Regarding the Pale Intruders. Orange Player could've Moved purple with the Pale Intruders, then Moved his Ship one Hex with the Isomorphic Flying Harness, since orange moved purple's Ship 'as that Player'. 13. Likewise, purple could not then Move onto The Heart of Chaos on his next Action because he had just Landed there, (controlled by Blue using Pale Intruders). I know this is some next level stuff, but hopefully it makes sense now that you've played a few times. Thanks again and I'll be sure to repost this on all our social media. I have the base game, Name of the Wind, and Epic Origins so far. Is it okay to mix all the cards and everything together to play as one big game? or Should I keep the cards separate? Are they easy to separate out again. I haven't played much with the expansions yet. I've stuck to the base game to keep everything neat for the moment. What would you reccommend?

I believe that there are a few promos available to mix in, but I try to keep them seperated because each new big box adds a couple of *new* mechanics that may not be available in previous versions. Also, I think that there is a set of replacement cards that have been update to work with Origins.
