Brother, i think you can only link your Bank Cards. you can only link US bank Accounts. this what i saw today while adding a bank account.

I think without charges possible nai transfer karna. Sab bank k cards connect kar sakty hain. But visa ya master debit card ho. Mada card accept nai hota. To be honest mane sirf alrajhi ka visa debit card connect kya hua hy payment transfer k liey. Hope this will help you

This laptop has 2 dimm slots for RAM. 512MB of vram showed in os doesn't matter, it can use as much as is needed, till RAM is over.
