It's so important for us as an audience to see how much Mara cares for Snuffy. This is truly her "mama bear" moment. Snuffy is being bullied, so the claws come out and she protects him. --Alex

I love the intro to the characters. Getting to see how they met each other is really fun. Also the toad voices and back-and-forth between Gabe and Alex in this episode is so amazing 😂

BEST EPISODE! Hands down. So so much to talk about here. The acting. The animation. The music. The characters just coming together as an unit :) The. Best. It never fails to make me laugh every time. Still have happy memories of having to muffle my laughter after the original table read. So much fun. Fat Purples return and the action that follows just fantastic! Cant find all the words but I love this one so much!

Snuffy's over here finding the arkenstone "Honestly it just sounds like more work. And Mike hasn't even paid us for finding his dog yet." Snuffy was BORED XD "Ugh! Shower!" <- real sibling vibes XD Fat purple is simultaneously the best and the WORST The sound design, sfx & music just keep getting better. I absolutely LOVE the climax here. it's soooo good! Episode 2 which was originally "the premier" episode. Reminiscing over this wacky series brings back some really happy memories. The comedy of Gabes acting was the stand out here. Oh and the little "animation" on Linus repeat of the line. Lots of great stuff

I remember getting to see the recording of this for the very first time live. The behind the scenes table read was some of the best laughter I have ever had. Getting to see how it turned out afterwards really showed the full picture though. This three parter has some of the greatest moments in season 1.
