🙏🙏Religious freedom was about encouraging the worship of the one and only GOD by not favoring one religion over another, it was not about encouraging the worship of any idol. And freedom of speech, the freedom to assemble, etc, the founders had something kind of noble in mind.

Thank you. Do you have a list of specific CBX exam questions and answers regarding Defamation? I know they are all listed on the State Bar website but they are scattered everywhere and are hard to find. Sorted by year and not topic.

If the MBE's were published with answers and explanations, AND students were given their graded scoresheet back, I would have some respect for it. As a tenured college professor for many years, the secrecy behind the MBE questions seems as ethical as some of the nations most prominent attorneys; i.e. I wouldn't trust them to run to the store and get me a container of milk.

Thank you! I am a BFP with no actual notice of a unrecorded shared driveway. I have used and maintained the driveway for 2 years. The new property owner next door just informed me today I will no longer be able to use the drive and to remove my vehicles from his property at once! I have been reading law all day. I was just about to sell my 2.7' share of easement to a 3rd party. (Curious if that would work) I now know the new owners stake of land I paid for is not a legal one. I will be quoting to police in the morning the,"Golden rule " of easements. Please let me know if you have any advice. I truely enjoyed your video and learned so much. Thank you.

Thanks for the video. I watched a few of your videos today. I'm taking the UBE in February. I have not taken the bar for 5 years. I work full-time and have a family. Any chance you could do a video on prepping over 6 months, while holding down a job and family. I have a plan, but would like to hear your thoughts.

Good tips, thanks for sharing. Im in the process of taking my fifth bar exam, two passes two fails so far and I have never heard of nor been taught that rule about no RAP for charitable trusts.
