I start by admitting I’m a hack on the guitar. I started playing guitar at age 12 (1967) playing Spanish music. It was years before I realized that some music was impossible (at least for me) to play. Then I learned about alternate tunings! DUH

Red Special all day all the way. Brian and his dad made that thing out of a 100+ year old fireplace, a table, a sewing needle, and a couple other little bits and pieces.

That's why Keith Richards is the Master Blaster you slows it down he also plays it on acoustic guitar originally the whole new game Street Fighting Man was the same way it was never played with electric guitar when it was originally done so if that isn't innovating stuff I don't know what to tell you it is

Have you ever done any view on the Strumming action of John Lennon on the tune "I saw her Standing there". Its an unusual technique, looks like a double hit on the 6th string before he strums each bar. Is it left over from his early days of s banjo strumming and chords.
