"Someone prefers to focus on positive thinking to counteract the negative, but algebra teaches us that by multiplying two numbers of opposite sign we always get a negative product, whereas emotions are like a mirror so that if the thought is positive, they reflect positivity. if it is negative (less for less it is more) they can transform the attitude of the person in a positive way" (Antonio Cisternino in the interview on Radio Cusano Campus).

I’m not hesitant, I’m 100% sure I will never inject this unapproved, experimental poison into my body. I’m not a brainwashed sheep and I think for myself, so I don’t do things just because other people are doing it. If you want to be a lab rat for the government, that’s you’re problem. Leave me TF alone.

I’ve been climbing the ‘Forming’ stage for so long, ever since I left corporate world. ‘Be an entrepreneur’ I heard. ‘Start a startup you’re in Silicon Valley’ I was told. The 6 roles of a team are from different walks of life. Finding each of them is a challenge in itself. 1. Visionary 2. Hustler 3. Magician 4. Designer 5. Hacker 6. what kind of leadership style that a leader should apply in a norming stage wherein employees tend to resist to change their working patern, value to adapt to group’s?
@Knowledge_Access4 жыл бұрын
Hi Bennet, great question! Be sure to ask for each individuals input and feedback. If the team member feels as though they have contributed to the change, they are more likely to buy in to the change. If the individuals' personal values align to the teams' values, they are far more likely to be engaged. A democratic leadership style, where you empower the individual team members, may help you embed the change.

Guys. increase your IQ score over 17 points does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some tips right now. Get a iq boost secrets called Rotogenflux Methods (search on google). Thanks to it I've my IQ score increased over 15 points. I shouldn't even be talking about it cause I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just in a excellent mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

It's still astonish me just how a lot of people have no idea about Rotogenflux Methods despite the fact that lots of people their IQ score increased over 17 points using it. Thanks to my personal mate who told me about it. I have my IQ score increased over 17 points.
