Interesting use case Karan! This feature isn't natively built into the product. I would say that it depends on if the users in your organization have JSM licenses and can see the asset database. If yes, then you could do this with a Status attribute on the objects. Otherwise, you may have to create a request type that serves as the "Asset Declaration Check" which auto-populates the assets for the currently logged in user and they can check a box to verify they have it, or maybe attached a picture of it. Hi Jezza, Yes this is possible. With the Automation engine in Jira Cloud, you can use a Scheduled Trigger and a Condition that uses the Insight Query Language to check the date attributes on your laptops, and then a notification action. Hope this helps!

@@jezzavelasco4848 Currently Insight doesn't have its own mobile app. Unfortunately I am not sure if Atlassian has plans to add Insight functionality to the current Jira mobile app either. They might reserve that UI for web based browser since it's a bit more cumbersome than say, the Jira issue view, on mobile.

You must have the "Manage Sprints" permissions in all of the projects on the board. If you do, you should be able to create/start a sprint across projects.

It sounds like you don't have the proper permissions on the filter. You'll have to track down the filter owner and get them to give you edit permissions

Before you begin: You must have access to at least one saved issue filter - either your own filter, or one that someone else has shared with you. If you don't, you need to create and save a new issue filter first (see the documentation on JQL). Click Create a Scrum board or Create a Kanban board, and base your board on an 'existing Saved Filter'. Follow the prompts to set up your board. Your new board will be available to all users who have access to your chosen filter. See the examples below for sample JQL for your board's filter. Note, if you are the owner of the issue filter, you can edit it via the Edit Filter link. Otherwise, this link will not appear. @@IsosTech Thanks for getting back to me. I do have a saved filter but the problem is that there is no prompt or option for me to use an "existing saved filter". I can however I add the filter to my board settings under "filter" but it still does not pull the issues through. Any ideas? Thanks.
