I need to sell A LOT of stuff and I'm not on FB but thinking about getting back on just for marketplace. But dragging my feet for the very reason you made this video.

I have called on a few adds and offered what I think is a reasonable price, left my phone number and told them if they can't sell it for their price to give me a call . A few times They called back, and one called back in a few minutes . :)

I never used market place, but I HAVE used Craigslist a lot . I don't even look at an add unless it looks like a fair deal and it's something I want . When I get to the seller I look over the item and if it looks like as good or better quality than I expect, I check it out further and If it passes the smell test I bring out the money and leave with a hand shake . Sometimes the seller takes some off of the price because they were "expecting" to get less because it was actually more than they expected to get out of the item . Basically expecting the low ballers . I believe that it's a good deal when BOTH sides are happy . :)

I just list price firm non negotiable. If I don't list price firm I'm willing to negotiate. People that low ball me. I tell them...If I needed the money to feed my family I would sell it to you for a hundred times less than your lowest offer. You pay my fee or let's not waste one another's time.

Everybody tries too get the asking price lowered. I thought everyone will price some way hight so that they do have room too lower the price and still get what it is worth. It is all in the dickering and is part of the fun.

Herein Fla we are use to that. USUALLY the fist "Blume" is the booster rocket separation and the second is first stage separating from second stage and the projectile separation happens in space.

The probability of living into your 80s or 90s is good if you’re fortunate to live to 65. The bigger problem than not getting all your money, is outliving your income and having to live in a tent under the freeway when you are too old to get a job. I had a disability, so I was forced to take social security at full retirement age. But the longer the delay, the better. It also sounds like he planned well, and really doesn’t need it to live on.

Camping and traveling around the country is by far the most fun I’ve had with the family.

Would you happen to be from Sarasota, FL? You might think the YT overlords would crack down on the garbage information being spread to the uneducated masses.

What you guys don't get is that if you live to 62, your life expectancy increases exponentially. Plus, if you are making over $100k per year and work the extra 3 years until 65 when you can get onto Medicare (which is still not full retirement age), not only does your bank account grow, your SS security is higher in preparation for a longer life. The ONLY people who collect at 62 are people who seem desperate for the money in many cases like Sarasota Tim "THE TAKER" Baker. Even if I retire at 62, I will have enough in my 401k and investments to not collect until 65 or even 67 which is full retirement. But if I work until 65, my investments grow, my income is saved and I can retire more comfortably. To me it is more impressive to retire earlier than 62 and not needing it as part of your plans. If that is the case, then taking it at 62 makes sense. BUT if there is any concern about the extra money, then you probably should keep working for a few more years, bank it and stay active. If your job is killing you, then quit and take SS. It is not one size fits all.

I took SS at 62 as well. My wife and I want to cruise on our boat while we are still physically able to do so. We’ve been active in the boating community all our lives. I cannot tell you how many people have to sell their boats because of health reasons. That number in our experience has been right around age 72. So how precious are those 10 years between 62 and 72? Pretty damn precious if you asked me!!
