Few things ill explain, first, yes venom is THE "dive the backline" tank but the biggest issues is how players would get there. He only has one swing so you have to use it carefully and wisely. You dont swing to backline then have no escape afterwards. Thats why you must incorporate his wall crawl in the mix which i dont see alot of people do even in ranked. He doesnt exactly counter snipers like Hela or Hawkeye because they both have some sort of escape or deterrent. Hela can escape with her raven form and Hawkeye can knock down flying/swinging enemies and can also knock back close enemies. This doesnt mean theyre immune to Venom since venom can outsustain them but you gotta remember these heroes are close to their supports who can also CC Venom. As for Peni Parker, shes well regarded as THE anti-dive tank. She has traps and CCs that can stop Venom, thats why they do better as teammates due to their synergy than as opponents. Sure, you can kill her machine but thats not why youre diving in, its just an annoying thing in the way. As for Dr Strange, its more about a strong frontiline duo since Strange is the one with defense/utility and Venom is the one with strength. Portals arent the keypoint youre right about that, but its just a nice little synergy for Venom to not have to waste his swing to ambush enemies from behind or he can use it safely use his ultimate since he can be killed in it. Lastly, for his ultimate, I did mention that it does CURRENT HEALTH damage, not maximum. It was a short little note I mentioned but i did cover that. And yes I will make updates to each of the Tank i have made a guide for, ill soon be making a tier list where i address these new issues ive seen for Tanks but first i wanna put out a guide for each of them before I do that. First off I came off strong didn't mean any disrespect. As for your comments I'll try t go through it point by point. I completely agree with you that you need to have good resource management with venom, you should be using your wall crawl but I believe you didn't mention that in your guide. As for countering heroes such as Hawkeye or Hela. I still stand by that venom beats them. Venoms presence itself counters them because he can harass them off there high ground or whatever position they're at. After all every second your harassing them they could be picking off your team. But don't get it twisted I still believe vemon wins the duel. It's his abilities that give him the advantage. Venom dives on them giving him the advantage of first hit. He has a lot of health so they can't one shot him any could give him self a bunch of armor if he's losing the fight and if they try to run, he can chase or just run back to his team. That's why he is a counter to snipers. Now playing "with the supports". Helen and Hawkeye want to take an off angle and try to get a pick off the enemy team. I disagree that they're always with their team. And forgive me for this it's hard to explain how I play in text like this but I think I can adjust my play style accordingly to whatever the team is doing. I would give it to you that Penny Parker could be a counter but I personally don't struggle with her though. As for strange for what you said in the video was specifically that they were a good together specifically for portal plays which I just don't think is something that venom particularly benefits from. He really doesn't need it to reposition. For current health damage sorry if I missed that. However were we disagreed was when it was a good time to use his ultimate. You said in your video, it was good for cleaning up team fights. I believe specifically to finish off tanks. However, I disagreed it's best used to start engagements since it could take around 50% of everybody's health right at the start and you get health proportionate to how many people you have in the ultimate. This gives your team an advantage right off the bat. I still enjoyed talking to you about this hopefully we could both take from this conversation. Good luck on your tier list.

@@CasualCat64 It defaults to on, and you can tell he's not webbing towards the cursor, it's always webbing in the top left of his screen towards a wall. It's also always the same swing pattern rather than all the other crazy movement options you get when you turn it off
