Eastenders is better than all the other soaps

Janine Butcher is the most overrated EastEnders villain ever and she doesn't deserve Number 1. Not because Cindy Beale is still the EastEnders' best villainess but because Hollyoaks' Clare Devine who is the nastiest soap villainess is so vicious that she makes Janine look like an angel.

On US Soaps during Xmas they show old school episodes that folks love. One of the most memorable is when Stephanie Forrester inivtes Sally Spectra to Dinner because she and her son Clarke Jr. aka CJ have nobody else to spend it with on the bold and the beautiful.

That slot machine was still in the pub for years with the crack on it until Phil set 🔥 to the place and blew it up with everyone inside on Janine and Ryan’s wedding day! I remember multiple people over the years who used it asking how the screen got broken? You would have thought that it would have been one of the first things Chrissy (who I hope returns one day now she’s served her time and is a free woman. She was a great character) had replaced after she gave Pauline her doorstop back. Even when Sam decided to reveal the truth on Sharon and Dennis’s wedding day and told the cops everything that they would have taken it away to be checked for evidence, and they didn’t. It only got replaced when Alfie and Kat returned and rebuilt the place they got a new one in to replace the original one that had been there since the very first episode. I remember all these episodes back when the show was at it’s best and on top form compared to the rest of the British Soap Operas.
