If Tyrone was to do UberEats for three entire lifetimes, he'd still not have enough bread for owning The El Dorado Ranch. However, think of the awesome parties, you'd be the host of. Christmas would just be next level. That might bring back the spirit of Christmas, a lot of us lost over the past few trying years. You'd be an owner of a beautifully iconic slice of real estate. You might just be the King Durango. Win the lotto and show up looking like "Dumb and Dumber". The locals roll their eyes and just say "another Texan". lol

Yeah, nice, but who the hell wants to live in Wyoming? You people punish your own senators for being honest in that state! Where's Liz Cheney?!?!? Nobody wants to live among a bunch of hateful trump supporters.

A “real working western ranch” this small could never support opulence like this. The maintenance, taxes and utilities alone would most likely exceed $200 grand a year. Then there is ranch expense - equipment - employees - fences - roads - irrigation. Let’s see a thousand cows at best would bring maybe a million but that’s gross not net. You might break even in a good year.

Great to see Nick on KZbin! I met him in Fullerton, Ca., at his studio, many moons ago, back in the 70’s, a couple of doors away from another well-known production potter, James Wishon, and partner, Jerry Harrell. Nick was producing planters for Nurseryland, I ended up working for Wishon-Harrell Stoneware, as a potter’s assistant. They moved back to Indiana, and I lost touch, with Nick, who also moved out of California. I searched for Nick on Instagram, no luck, but thrilled to see he has a KZbin channel. Nick was very kind, thoughtful, inspirational, and loved to talk pottery. Along with James Wishon, they were instrumental in getting me more involved with the love of ceramics, & pottery. Both Wishon, and Harrell since passed away, but has anyone have any current info on Nick? If so, please tell tell him, “Hello,” from Jim. 😊

Love the location, love the wildlife, love the exterior of the main residence........ Just please tell me all the furnishings are not included with the asking price and that they will be gone before viewing. There’s just SO MUCH EVERYWHERE that one physically will not be able to visualize ones own things in the space when you’re having to dodge conflicting styles of overstuffed and "horned" items to avoid empaling oneself and remembering to not appear physically shaken by the experience. Over decorating can make a lasting negative impression and sometimes a physical scar. WATCH-OUT FOR THAT SOFA? STEER? BULL-OFA? What would you call that? -Ferdinand. Awwwwwww Someone take Ferdinand for his walk PLEASE Wow thats a lot of blood.... Call the paramedics.

I would like to ask about the quality of the Ananias River? Remember, the government's stupid employees were digging around a mine and opened it up to the water that seeped into it over the decades. This highly toxic water with its dissolved minerals polluted the Ananias River, polluted a major Indian Reservation's lake, an only source of water as well as the whole river! Pictures on the news showed the reddish brown water flowing down through Durango and beyond. Of course, no one could sue the government for damages!
