QLC 😢 Only for suitable for storage and if you need to write large amount of data at once (more than 1/8 of free space) , prepare you got like 100-200MB/s slow write speed Figure above apply on QLC ssd which have dynamic write cache and allow using all free space as cache before slow down to "GC+ Actual write 4bits to cell" mode For QLC tbw dont worry as most ssd die to other reason but not written too much. Another concern is QLC cant hold data long without power up it .if you need to using this as data storage please keep it power on for a while after some period

@@frankwong9486 I am just storing videos on it, not using as a OS , just storage. Sounds like it’s not the right product for you.
@frankwong948613 күн бұрын
@ShockReviewedIt nope I using QLC in my storage pod In front of array i got a cache pool for write and build with zfs/raid you can have larger combined write cache For example a simply raidz1 4 disk you can have 3 times larger cache size before it go limp mode However consumer QLC write or rebuild will be nightmare ( no worries I have 321 backup plan and still got high availability covered ) If using QLC alone as a storage device just check the list of how much data you need to write each time before buy It is a bit like an SMR drive thing, they are good and cheap for storage just not good when need to rewrite/modify Both QLC and SMR can be good things if use with care and plan
@Brainiaccccc13 күн бұрын
It's a QLC type memory so absolutely purely for storage on low budget, yes, it's fine. Also, that top speed is valid only on almost empty drive, once it's more than half full, speeds will drop badly. Better choose TLC type memory drive for both sustained speeds and longevity. Fikwot is a pure Chinese brand that makes its own memory, just FYI.

@ShockReviewedIt2 ай бұрын
@@levinh9270 hi yes I will use it on my Sony ZV - E 10 with my 50 mm canon f1.8. The auto focus works great, if it’s longer distances, take the product showcase mode off because I noticed sometimes it doesn’t focus correctly then but other than that, the product showcase focus works great if you’re close to the camera. Usually was 50 mm you wouldn’t be doing product showcase mode anyway.

I know this sounds like a random question ( Great video by the way ) but I am new to photography, I had a Canon 70d for a while but sold it a few days back to get something better. I was considering a Sony A6400, My friend has one and he loves it. What camera would you recommend for me to get? My budget is around $1,000! Thanks for the help
@ShockReviewedIt5 ай бұрын
Hi, great question. I mainly got my Sony camera for video and not photography so I can’t really speak about what’s the best for photography but for video I like the flip out screen on the zve10 better because it wouldn’t get in the way of a shotgun mic, so that was one of my considerations. However, the Zve10 does take great photographs with my 50 mm lens. The background is blurred very nicely and I like the looks of it. You can still accomplish that on the 6400 as well. The Zve10 does come in at a couple hundred dollars less, and the fully rotational screen is really nice! I hope this helps. The A6400 is a nice camera, I did include a link to the a 6400 in the description of the video here if you want to take a look at it!
