my aunt had taken a test with an american company that was pretty generic in the way it generalized west africa. thats awesome that theres a test that can specify tribes. but im also curious how that would work. my moms side is more than 90% african but her results were very scattered: mostly west african but also south and central as well. traditionally, if someones parents are from two tribes do they claim both or does it depend more on the mom or father?
