None of these worked for me but it was a good video. I know it has to be my settings because another employee can open the same file from a different computer without any problems. I just can't figure it out because our settings appear to be the same.

None of them works for me , i dont know why . But 1 thing i done mistake is that , I done one wifi connection as hone instead of myhome wifi network.

If we do network reset anything problem we will get like no wifi name showing or after resetting it will works normal

This worked for me. I'm low tech so I had a little trouble finding the app in windows 10, but I did as I went in through settings. amen.
