You're right, Chidima's mom committed ID theft but not Chidima or her father. ID theft is if you stole the exact same name, date of birth, ID number as someone else's. Meaning Chidima's mom used the name of someone else. But chidima has a Nigerian name, what proof do you have that the other lady has a child let alone a girl and one that was born the exact same day/name/surname as chidima, that's where you're wrong. No other child suffered to get a matric because of chidima don't lie. Chidima hasn't done nothing wrong but SA social media society makes it seem like it's her fault.
