Hi, I've done many of your massages and love them all. I would love to create the whole week routine based on your videos but I'm not sure how to do it properly. In some videos you inform that some massages can be done twice a week, some can be once, others every day. Does that mean those twice a week massages can be done in the same week as these once a week routines or not? Or maybe it's a bad idea and should focus on one sppecific area not combined with others? I'd be really grateful for your help ❤
