How much fuel did you need to make it there? 1 gallons 2 gallons 3 gallons?
@DoreenAngel
@DoreenAngel 9 күн бұрын
Not sure actually- my bike is very fuel economic though, holds 2.5 gallons but gets around 70/75 miles per gallon. Didn’t need to fill up again at any point. If I remember too, none of my friends had to either. I’d say just make sure you have a full tank before going for this trail(: hope that helps!

You should put a step stool closer so you don’t feel like you’re going to drop it. Then you can use the clutch to assist getting it in there.

Good ride in the sand. I get way back on the seat when I do sand. I just moved from Huntington Beach to Bullhead City. I fely like I had ridden everywhere in Socal but its also a new experience out here and getting out of the city. Now I ride (just got a 2022 YZ450 FX) Laughlin hills! Miles and miles of single track and met some people to ride with out here. Someday hope to ride northern cal like you guys did. Hollister? Looked fun looked like you took your BF to Gorman. I like trying to figure out where people are riding. Have you guys been to Lucern, johnson valley yet? Finger rock ride is cool. I have a tour on my channel. Keep up the good work on your youtube, great job!

Hi I ended up on your video because I watched the Dirtbike video going to big bear that was cool. I wanted to comment on this because you're a laid-back cool girl much younger than me. One thing I can say is that being 27 is hard and it seems like just yesterday I was 27 I'm in my 50s now. Over time I have learned to hang around with people that I vibe with if the vibration isn't there then it's really really hard to force things. I also kind of had a depression when I was 27 it's such a turning point in life. Keep being a good person like you are and the good ones will come and go. Glad that you're riding that is a great thing for you and your boyfriend and a good outlet to get the negative ions through nature really makes us feel better that's why I have never stopped riding!

Thank you fro the advice!(: I definitely have been feeling better about it lately and I agree about going with the flow of life and just trying to enjoy instead of focusing on the lack. Dirtbiking has been a huge positive outlet and I do want to plan more trips, especially since I've been getting more comments on my previous videos of people wondering when's the next one which is very motivating 🙌 So awesome that you ride too!

I think it makes an excellent first bike and easy small town commuter. I've owned 6 bikes and usually ride litre supersports, but currently looking at a Kawasaki KLX230SM. Check them out, you might like them? Also yes as you have probably learned by now, it's an agricultural bike and not really made for freeways.

I love your videos! I have an XT250 too here in Arizona! 🙂 In one of your videos (Sedona?) you had a heated jacket your dad connected. Wondering how that heated jacket has been working out? Do you happen to know the watts and amps on your jacket?... How long you run your jacket for? Has affected your battery at all? Most importantly ... are you still riding? It's been two years since you posted a riding video. I sure love watching them! Diane
@DoreenAngel
@DoreenAngel Ай бұрын
Hi Diane! Thank you so much and so happy to hear you enjoy my videos 😊 Thats awesome that you have an XT as well!! As for the jacket, I'm not sure on the specs but according to the cycle gear website its 74 Watts (6.2 Amps). Mine is just the liner so it goes under the jacket and just has one setting of on/off. It is the older version and I know now they make different temperature settings. It does get pretty toasty which is nice and as long as the bike is on, the jacket can run for however long I need it while riding(: I hope that helps give on insight on it! I am still riding, just not as much- although I do have a trip or two planned for this year! I have posted a few riding videos, just didn't get a chance to add them to my dirt bike adventures playlist which I'll definitely do. Here's one of my recent trips: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5KQXoyJgtFmbKMsi=HlKyLGrgY8jlp6NZ I hope you enjoy and thank you for the support 🙌💓

Thanks so much for doing this video! I've had a similar growth and was super worried it was a keloid; I couldn't really be sure with images I had seen. Even though my piercing itself was paining, the bump itself doesn't hurt but mine looks just like yours. I too, noticed that my hair has been snagging in the piercing and I also sleep on my side. I also bumped mine 😅. I've been using warm saline solution for two days now since noticing the bump, but I'll try it in combination with the tea tree oil going forward.

I'm glad I found this video. I'm in the exact same situation. I have an amazing supportive boyfriend and friends I can reach out to, but no one close to me. I don't have a friend group, especially not with girls and I haven't since high school, I'm 22 now. I get bad anxiety when getting close to people due to my past trauma as well. Thank you for talking about your experience, it makes me feel seen in some way, like I'm not alone.
@itsoashley
@itsoashley 5 ай бұрын
Also for my situation I went to therapy about it and I found that it ties into my relationship with my family/parents, as well as playing the victim a lot of the time, like bringing up my past and my trauma for sympathy points or a reason as to why I don't feel normal, and being defensive when I need to be more accepting. It's hard to admit when I might actually be to blame for something when the other person has also done something to offend/hurt me. It's a two way street.
@DoreenAngel
@DoreenAngel 5 ай бұрын
@@itsoashley It's sad that most times I feel like the people who go tho therapy to heal from the people who need to be in therapy and aren't. I also found it helpful when I went though and learning about how to control my reactions to others and not take everything so personally. That's a really great point about it going into early childhood and family as thats where most of our traumas start. I can relate to that and it can hard to accept that it is a two way street. I could say in my case I wouldn't be very forgiving if a past friend made a mistake and hurt me in some way. I would quickly cut them out and not want to fix things with them. Its definitely something I need to work on and be more gracious with the people around me. I think it can be difficult to decide when to forgive and when to most on at times. But its something that needs to be learned in order to move forward 💛

i am 22 and i strongly relate to how you feel. ever since i got a boyfriend and started working, i realised i don't really have (girl)friends to hang out with or to talk to. all my "friends" were now busy with their own commitments or even with other friends. when i make new "friends" at work they already have existing friends that they hang out with on their day off. i found myself trying to reach out but similarly like you was only hit with "sure i'll let you know when i'm free". i don't blame them and i just started trying to accept that they had their own priorities too but it does sting when i see them always around their other friends. i ultimately just stopped reaching out and now at least i have my boyfriend to turn to which i'm not complaining about. he was the only one who was there for me when i was going through a tough time and none of my friends even reached out to even ask "how are you doing" when all along i was the one constantly checking on them and hearing them out whenever i could. i am now very lucky to have 2 girlfriends from the past who reached out to reconnect where we share the same sentiments and i am very grateful for them, however, having experienced that empty point in my life i have to slowly learn to open up once again to them. i also recently had a conversation with my dad about how people these days seem to care more about themselves as you mentioned (maybe not in these particular words). there is less sense of community, inclusivity, or even just being nice and polite in society and i had never noticed this while i was growing up and it seems to be a recent thing. my dad mentioned that he too is noticing it and it never used to be like that or at least it was better. for example, at work, there were more chances of people guiding you along when you are new in the past compared to now where most people tend to mind their own business and keep knowledge to themselves afraid of competition. im not saying it is like this everywhere of course there are different cultures when it comes to companies, places, countries, but now that you have mentioned it and we live across the world from each other i guess this is a universal experience after all. your story about the hairdresser, i would do the same and feel the same way as you. i am always grateful when someone else goes even a little out of their way for me and i would never understand why some don't when i go out of the way for them just like you. we are not able to bring up the effort we have put in for them as we did it out of on our own will in the first place. yes it is true i don't expect anything in return except the least bit of gratitude. at least an acknowledgement of effort. i don't know how to put this in a less selfish way but that is how i feel, and i feel your frustration when hearing your story. i guess it's got something to do with "why won't they do this for me when i would do this for them in a heartbeat" as selfish as it sounds at least in my case. but i am trying to accept that every individual is different and so am i, they are entitled to be how they are and at least i can choose to be how i am (though it still does not take away the frustration from some situations😂) i apologise for such a long reply and though i am not able to give any advice with my lack of experience in life, i just wanted to share my own experience with hopes you wont feel so alone. watching this video made me realise that there are others out there who feel the same way as me and i feel slightly better about everything i have been experiencing and thinking about. it is everyone's first time at life! i sincerely wish you all the best with everything and if you haven't already i hope you find peace with what you're going through:)

Such a great comment! It's amazing how much of a response I've been getting to this video and it definitely helps me not feel alone. I really think theres been a shift probably since covid time where more and more people just are isolated and don't really know how to act towards others. I've noticed too with what you mentioned about starting a new job, in my previous one I helped any of the new hires since it was a learning curve but it was no problem to just help out and do it without being asked. Most of my other co workers just ignored and didn't really want to go out of their way. Seeing that you talked about now having 2 girl friends now, I'm super hopeful I'll find my friends soon too 💛
