To get the high damage numbers, it's a lot of little things working together: 1. In the Ice Escalation, try to take the Critical boon at the beginning and take any amps along the way that increase move speed and critical damage (pact of swiftness, avatar of destruction, destructive subtlety, etc) 2. Make sure to max out the Escalation talent tree and level up the tree to give you the most move speed and critical damage. (Zai's maneuvers, cold rush, etc) 3. The more stacks of tempest you have, the better, since each one gives you a speed buff. 4. Utilize sharpened (use tempest right after a dodge for the damage bonus). The +6 effects are +30% part damage and after dodging through an attack your next attack within 5 seconds deals +100% part damage 5. Having the repeaters and the axe at 10 reforges each gives small inherent bonus damage as well, but any of the reforge bonuses will help (this is more of a long term thing to work towards if you don't already have it) 6. Make sure your lantern hold ability is active when you use tempest 7. Even though the build doesn't have catalyst, using the frenzy and aetherdrive tonics will definitely help Give these a try and let me know how it goes.

Escalations will get you the largest numbers because the amps, but if you get good at using it, you can get very solid damage on hunting grounds, and still hunt behemoths quickly, although not as fast as escalations, but that's the case for every build. The biggest benefit of tempest is the part damage though since its almost always a guaranteed part break, so you can farm very efficiently.

I don't think there's an specific number for behemoth health every time, there definitely isn't a damage ceiling. You can do much more damage than the behemoth can actually take.

From what I understand the actual one shot level for Malkarion would be around 100k damage though so anything above that should do the trick.

@@MagnumGaming117wrong malk has 150k base hp then there is part health which varies on what level it it

Yeah you can get even higher depending on the build. With bastion before they changed the radiant escalation legendary amps you could get over 1M damage if you took the time to build enough shield.

Its all about putting the right cells together, although escalation amps help a lot too.

You can swap one sprinter for a molten if you don't have and you will get a speed buff from the molten orbs. Just pop the molten in the prismatic cell slot and move the invigorated to one of the slots where sprinter is.

Yeah and Alyra is not a great replacement for paradox, its not very fun to fight

shrike zeal is way better

Use Skarn's Defiance. The shields come in clutch when you need them most

Tempest scales based movement speed so you'll see a damage from the Skrike lantern. Koshai is good in a pinch to get away and get some life steal, and the skarn lantern will give you shields, but for just raw damage you can't beat the shrike lantern.

Movement speed isn't super helpful for this build, and attack speed isn't as good as the life steal buff from Koshai for the agarus fight. The pike also has a very high base attack speed already.
