If u are fishing where catfish are. Then best believe those suckers will eat the bait. They eat EVERYTHING!!!! 🤣😂 you have to fish where the reds are to have a better day. That’s with bait or lures. Even live shrimp and live mullet will catch u a lot of catfish! 🤣😂🤣😂 so it’s better to focus where the reds are and maybe less catfish. Stay way from muddy waters. Catfish love muddy water. Focus on grass flats and pit holes.

Good afternoon. First I appreciate all of your video (perfect learning opportunities) I'm new to SPI kayak fishing. I would like to try and catch some Sheepshead. My question is, I want to kayak fish the old bridge on the port Isabel side, but I can't seem to find a location to launch my Kayak? Are you able to provide a location to launch to fish this area? Thanks for the kind words. And that’s actually one of my short term goals to get wheels off the old causeway. And you can definitely launch right off the new causeway. It is tricky. But that’s where u can unload and then head over to the old causeway. Just be sure winds are good for. Kayak. And look out for boats on ur way there.
