What do you think.was the differences between Kleenex/Lilliput and The Slits?
@jackal592 ай бұрын
Absolute difference in musical approach. Kleenex was much closer to the Raincoats although more astringent.

This Joker's 👆characterization of the "Kashmiris Freedom Struggle" is SAME as his novels i.e FICTION !! The best he does here is a poor imitation of "Mr. Bean" - on drugs (sorry, "Medication") 😁😁

What is the name of the book I can find the poem 'Goya'?
@danedwards51073 ай бұрын
The idea of recording an event as a way to compensate for the transitoriness of life is so basic a poem is like a statue of a person we don’t want to forget.

_"A Series of Dreams"_ is a magic, magic song Below is listed 5 other brilliant songs of Dylan's _worst_ decade; as you put it. Yet they constitute songs so good most artist's entire careers can't match the brilliance of these songs. And yes, l include his singing. Most good singers can sing good but most can't sing as well as Dylan. "Every Grain of Sand" "Jokerman" "Brownsville Girl" "Dignity" "The Man in the Long Black Coat "

I first heard Jason back in 2013, I was sitting in my office. TIDAL plays new songs, and suddenly "Only Children" played. I actually froze, and time stopped. Been a fan ever since and play His songs on my Guitars, they warm my spine and my soul.

Actually, the menstruation question was quite plausible. That's one of the first things i thought about. It did talk about her having enough money to take care of all of her expenses and has rental property, so im sure she wasn't super young. However, it didn't go into detail about her age.

3:40 ish It's amazing to me how people don't understand Bob Dylan because they're so keen to project their own politics on to it. I feel like this tendency is exactly what drove him away from protest music and folk, he's not saying "which side are you on" to advocate picking a side ... he's saying that whole worldview & attitude is bullshit I'm glad that you point that out, this is a good analysis.

As a long time fan of Maria, this is one of her best shows. It's sincere, full of wisdom, and has some of her best bits. I come back to it at least once per year as a reminder to keep being unapologetically oneself. Maria, thank you for your courage.

Thanks for translating this book into English. It’s responsible for turning my two year old daughter into a Kleenex/LiLiPUT fan. First she was interested in the photos and wanted to know their names; then I showed her the various live videos on KZbin and put songs on her ongoing Spotify playlist. Her favorites” songs are “Hedi’s Head”, “Beri-Beri”, “Die Matrosen” and “Split”.
