Blessings to everyone…does anybody knows if you can start grounding for more than 30 minutes a day without any bad side effects…my Mom who is on her 79 yrs old had gone through a very difficult time with ulcerative colitis to the point she lost over 15 pounds last year and also she haven’t been able to sleep more than 30 minutes per night and I just find out about grounding…please help

Maybe grounding works to certain extent but it is not magic bullet for everything. Dr Sinatra died from cancer and I believe he was practising grounding, so people should not expect miracles by earthing only.

Clint Ober is not as sharp as he was and Dr Sinatra left us way too early in life but let's remember that they both discovered grounding later in life. They lived the American lifestyle that hurt them and ended up finding their way to something that has been very beneficial to many. They shared many wonderful discoveries, and we are blessed to have these types of mentors, thank you!

Yes to concrete and dirt, sand and sea water (the beach) wet grass better than dry grass (barefoot and skin contact). No to asphalt. Leather soled shoes. This is what we wore always until rubber soles was used and our health went downhill!!

I began grounding about a month ago, using grounded shoes, sheets, pillow case, and mats under my keyboards. I do think it makes a difference although I have a long way to go. Sometimes makes a good difference to sleep quality - am hopeful the positive impacts of my efforts will continue to expand.

The second benefit my kidney function has increased from 55 (stage3 kidney disease) to now 90. This definitely works!! People should try it and use it daily.

Thank you for spreading the knowledge of grounding/earthing and the benefits people can experience. We love and adore Dr. Stephen Sinatra as a leading voice for the grounding community. With new technologies, we now have grounding shoes that look and feel like regular and modern shoes, although allow conductivity to pass through the shoes and into a person's feet. Keep spreading the great info. 😀 - Live Life Grounded!

What about the EMF that is in the ground wire in your house?😮 Just grounding by using the ground wire in a house or bldg may not be healthy according to some.
@leejeffriess6979 Жыл бұрын
Can you site an example? My experience is that any AC volts measured on my Skin , due to local EMF fields are immediately neutralized when I ground to my home’s outlet ground. If there is an EMF field around the wire? I can’t imagine it being measurable? It’s only negative electrons ! No current no volts

@@leejeffriess6979 I have an electric recliner, even with the recliner not activated the recliners motor has an active electrical field. I had to use a switched extension cord to go from 10vac down to 5vac body to ground.
@leejeffriess6979 Жыл бұрын
@@SET12DSP So are you saying, sitting in your recliner with the motor plugged into the wall, but not under load , you are measuring 10 vac on your body while holding the positive probe of a volt meter and with the negative probe common to ground ? Then you ground yourself and the voltage drops to 5 vac . How are you grounding yourself in the chair ?
@SET12DSP Жыл бұрын
@lee jeffriess That is basically correct! I use 2 Vital Reaction mats: one, on the chairs bottom, and one on its back. With the meter , I hold one lead and the other on the earth ground of the outlet. Now, with the chair plugged 🔌 into a switched power strip that I strapped under my end table, I can turn the chairs' power on and off. I measured without the mats grounded to see my body voltage before and after. So , with chair on it was 10vac, with it off it was 5vac. Correspondingly, with the mats grounded, my body voltage was about 100mv chair on and 50mv chair off. My Sofa Recliner is a $4000 Smith Brothers product that my wife picked out. I have an EMF meter, so I was wondering about the recliner, so when I waved the EMF meter across the chair, sure enough, I picked up its field effect. I certainly didn't expect that much, though! Hope this helps your understanding.

I’m a retired ARRT SPRT CCRT tech. My mother read the women’s magazines with Ancel Keys & John Kellogg dietary false recommendations on Saturated Fats and meat consumption. I’m glad Ancel Keys family member reduce the true findings on his hypothesis that the AMA backed putting us on poisonous sea toils, canola oil’s corn oil’s. Removing all beef and fatty meat from our diet.. John Adams and his wife, who started a religious group, saying to stay away from me, because it increases your sexual desires and pushing a vegetarian diet as a healthy diet. While working in cardiac Kath, which I’m going to guesstimate that at least 80% of my patience for cardiac catheterization’s were male as women seem to have been diagnosed with anxiety conditions and not considered to have heart issues they were following the proper diet by Ancel Keys and John Kellogg and they’re LDH was in the 50s. How many young women late 30s early 40s had a 52LDH. Her circumflex artery, and her LAD were included, and we did an angioplasty. Her primary care physician first had been telling her. She had anxiety issues and had her on medication‘s for Anziety. I’m glad that they’re finally realizing that women do not need medication’s to come down that they indeed can be having heart issues even with the AMA recommended LDH levels.

Impressed by Dr Sinatras knowledge. Have watched two different videos and they were both pretty much verbatim as far as what he said. Clicked on this one because it is titled "grounding for glucose metabolism and fight inflammation" and I wanted to hear something about this but.... video was nothing about glucose and host did nothing to get him to talk about it. What a waste of time other than getting the chance to confirm his knowledge.
