Only if the limbs where freshly cut and put on ice they took to long to get to him and I bet his limbs got dirt and other bacteria in them so they couldn’t be reattached

I have gotten to 40 minutes so far and I like it, but I'm annoyed that they destroyed Obito's eye instead of giving it to Naruto. Naruto's left eye is gone and that's the same side as Obito's eye

Okay the story is very good I did enjoy it I like the plot line I also like the character development I do like how this deviated from the normal story I like how you put a little bit more detail in it I do wish it was a lot longer I hope you come back pick a part two and keep up the good work
