I think your a very much newbie To racing it I use to do all of this but I’ve fully understood understood everything about racing and if you just understand the lines the trust it then you can be way faster. You just need to take more risks and in the long run it will all work it selfs out

I really wish I brought my GoPro I had a wild first lap got really far on a stock drz400s, suspension got really sketchy so after some bad crashes I slowed up, but that first lap I was flying and made some great passes. Great video, 13:49 you can see the imprint of my crash in the sand ditch.

Couldn’t really get going fast enough out there to feel a big difference. Mostly wanted to make sure I installed it correctly. I’m sure I’ll get a better feel for it tomorrow in Plaster City

First race. That's awesome, good for you. I hope you enjoyed yourself and that you keep coming out and racing. Looks like you raced in the open class? I'm not finding you in the results. Did you pie-plate? I see a P17 in the open class but there is no name attached to that number. My name is David 520M. I race in the old man division. You've got plenty of time to learn and get faster. Good luck and I'll keep an eye out for you.
