Fun to see MN from the air, Denis. A little different from Western Nevada, with no big mountain ranges to help you tell direction!

I definitely stayed too high flying there this year and missed some good fun. I'll correct that next year! Loved the video.

That was close... I was not happy with the sound off of Leigh's machine (VX2) Too much wind noise. I almost went with music, but then changed my mind when I couldn't find anything fitting.....

You cut a lot of holes in the ali to lighten it, but then you have to put all those nuts washers and bolts in it to hold it all together. What would Homer say, Dah.

Tall tail, who fly tall tails. Come on catch up with everybody. 2 stroke engine, who fly 2 stroke . They don’t make the 582 anymore. Long landing gear, who flying is flying with long landing legs. Come on catch up.

Beautifully designed and made gyros, real attention to detail is seen all around! Is it possible to use Viking engines on these machines? the Viking 90 and 130

Your marvellous videos really do show the joy of flight, the ability to see the wonderful wilderness and freedom that these machines allow as they swoop and soar effortlessly around. Having flown both, the VX2 although the more powerful is possibly the slightly less agile. This is quite noticeable as you weaved down the windy road which was like a magnet to you, my heavier machine has a tad more inertia. We have had some marvellous flights over some great countryside and your videos do bring back these back very vividly.

Awesome video, Denis!! If that doesn't get someone pumped to fly a gyro I don't know what would. Glad I got a cameo appearance on the right side of the runway as you arrived! Can't wait to build mine soon.

Of all the videos on here, and there's a lot of them... I have to say the minimal amount of stick shake is impressive. Testament to Denis' blades/rotorhead/setup👍

This video by Denis so wonderfully shows off the joy of flying these immaculately designed and crafted single seat kit gyros. Light and responsive controls, stable yet agile, these two models, the GT-VX1 flown by Denis, and the GT-VX2 flown by me took us both on a magic carpet ride down the Minnasota river from Le Sueur past St Pete to Mankato and back. The VX1 with the Rotax 582 hp engine is the lighter version. The VX2 heavier more powerful. Takes off quicker climbs faster, goes further and can carry more camping gear/baggage in the removable panniers, not seen here. Both of them a joy to fly. 👌😍
