I was going through same situation. I left preparation for a month, and analyzed my short commings gave myself time to relax then made strong comeback by rectifying my mistakes. Got a self help book , started running and gymming few days in week. Working on my reading and speaking fluency. Puja path and meditation is must to get clarity and peace. These habbits are not just preparing us for ssb or writtens but life. I feel more confident about life , i will be thriving throughout my life for initiating good changes where ever god keeps me.
