My husband passed away Wednesday. I can’t stop 😢. I don’t know how to cope with this. He was only 49. 4 weeks before his 50th birthday. We had a surprise party planned for him. This hurts so bad. Please pray for me and our family.

@Marcia-y6z I am so so sorry for your loss! I will definitely pray for you and your family during this hard time in your life. Know that God has you, and you can turn to him to help you cope. I went to a grief recovery class after my wife passed, and it has helped me so much. Maybe look into joining a group like that! It always helps to have someone by your side during a time like this!

Try not to isolate yourself, if you’re comfortable you can have group of people who can help you for some activities you might want to do that way will helps you to cope with this grieving moment you are going through. Michael u left me and went back to kim. This is what happened. U and she screwed up my phone many times. I will always love u. I hsd to move on because u went back to kim. U threw us away when u took topk your butt back to kim the criminal over me. We were looking at Switzerland together and then i saw u go begging to go back to her. So what was i to do Michael. .
