Once you go to therapy, you figure out that the only problem that you have with ADHD and OCD is self accountability and impulse control

It means in your brain something is broken and you have to figure out a hobby to find so that you don’t have up or some anger and take it out on people that matter to you

Emotional dysregulation is a side effect of ADHD and OCD

It’s better to find somebody that you can talk to then to go to jail for your anger

There is no cure for mental illness and a pill only therapy and therapeutic resources in your community
