What a helpful podcast! Such clear direction. This is different from any meditation instruction I have received. Thank you, Loch, for your insight, clarity and generosity.

I just had two conversations about my difficulties with integrating the relative and the absolute together. One was with a Theravada teacher. The other with a Zen practitioner, who is also a psychologist. This is a wonderful teaching Loch. So grounded in both the traditional practices and the present lives most of us practitioners lead. Thank you so much!

Thank you for such a gift Loch. This information that you so effortlessly deliver in this little podcast took me more than twenty years to discover for myself in conventional meditation practice. One little phrase where you point out awareness contains both subject and object is truly helpful and not something that I've ever heard before. Given the non dual focus on moving beyond the subject object it's essential knowledge. ❤

Thank you Loch for offering the world your way of shifting to freedom - it is revolutionary! This is an accurate guide to navigating consciousness to freedom and happiness. I am a long time mindfulness meditator and had several "glimpses" as part of my Zen training when I was young. But those glimpses involved long and painful retreats and were dependent on a teacher. With Loch's method, you save money and time, you don't have to go anywhere to practice, you don't need a teacher. All you need is the open mind of a seeker to follow the instructions given in Loch's books and videos. Now that I am retired, a year ago I had a deep awakening experience and came across Loch's two books in which he describes in detail the journey to and after enlightenment. I have read many books on enlightenment, but Loch's books are unique. People tend to think that awakening solves all problems, but it does not. It is only the beginning of the journey. The shift to freedom is too easy to be true, a wonderful gift Loch has given to the world. Loch's method should be introduced in schools all over the world to begin a new era of human development, to stop the destruction of life and Mother Earth by human beings guided by their ego. To really become Homo Sapiens, the Wise Human Being. Because the behavior of our race has not justified this noble name. Once again, thank you Loch for your work, may you be blessed and may your ideas be spread throughout the world. ❤❤ .

Thanks so much! Love Gabor and Loch's version of IFS has changed my life helping me heal an exiled part that would not unblend or unburden with 3 different IFS therapists (and previous) So recognizing I was using a Self-like part and now accessing essential Self is the best thing ever! So grateful.

I rate this podcast as a 10! I had a radical shift in identity listening to Loch’s Effortless Mindfulness glimpses and tips regarding trauma. I recognize that the states of well-being, peace and contentment are the essence of who I truly am. And that the essence of who I am was never touched by trauma. It’s that essence that can now comfort and heal those inner parts that experienced the trauma. I can now live from the wholeness of who I am… 🙏✨

Such a loving, caring session which has led me to feel more peace than I have had in a long time. Thank you Lock and Mirabai. And that you both for affirming that it is right to be attached to other human beings. It is human to be attached to those we have loved and lost. I lost my.husband 12 years ago and still miss him and feel the grief over his death. Lovely, thought provoking session, the two of you together.🎉🎉❤🎉❤🎉 ❤

Wonderful Dialogue. So interesting for me to see a consilience between this and the ‘dwelling-mobility’ theory of well-being from a very different western phenomenological tradition.

Loch loves communicating the essence distilled from his many decades of study. That love and discipline of his allows us to receive this essence of mindfulness meditation almost effortlessly. This practice leads to the “pearl of great price:” SELF. 34:52
