I had it on "Pegasus" console in very early 90s in Poland. This one seems modded. The jumping whirlwind move animation shows second player. Move was made by pressing two buttons at the same time and player one and player two character had to stand back to back and do the same move. Short fighter was obtainable only by defeating him as second stage boss. During first stage player uses nunchuck strike once which was 5hit weapon selectable under the select menu.
