For some reason the mods does not work for me, although I made exactly as you describe here. I have the Ease of Life mod, but I still take damage from radiation and the repair guy still charge for repairs, I have the the "no radiation noise mod" and it doesnt work, I have the "sell broken mod" and it doesnt work. Where can I have made an error? I did exactly as you did in this video. Do I need to start a new game for them to work?

Yeah I agree, I think all races look way to human in my opinion. It's just features of the race and a human face nearly in a cartoonish way. It really irritating.

This games biggest sin to me is that it does everything to try and make you forget Awakening exists, it might as well not be canon. In one of the Solas' regret discussions you can prompt a question if the Darkspawn can think for themselves and they basically say "nah, not really." Like... THE AWAKENED DARKSPAWN EXIST, THEY'RE WHOLE ASS PEOPLE TRAPPED IN THEIR OWN SKIN.

Yes, this game has me on the fence if I'd enjoy it or throw it in a bin. I can't 100% say if I'd hate something without playing it.

The faces of Veilguard's darkspawn makes me think of the skull masks and decorations of Day Of The Dead, only less colourful.

Just to add remember Archdemon how they come to existence somehow they are now controlled dragon instead the leader of the blight its a blind tool remember Grey Wardens in lore could hear him talk to the Darkspawn and stuff. Yup its all bullshit now Bioware fucked up and I hope they can bounce back up from this. And give us a good DA in future with good characters good story I mean u can go back give us a game where u go retake lost ground in Ferelden Free Denherim Ostagar push the darkspawn back into dark roads. This is wishfull thinking I know it wont happen but I mean I would play it, if they can make Blight and Darkspawn a solid Archdemon controlled army also what happened to mages and that stuff the Tranquils Templars what the hell

best Darkspawn Origins they had same spells and abillities as u the player ofc they didnt use all unless ur on highest dificulty but shield bash is core then bliding u and stuff but ohh well

The entire world has been dumbed down and sanitized. It isn't Dragon Age anymore when they get rid of the things that used to make the world interesting.

Whats bothering me most about the enemys are that all enemy group exept the mercenarys function the same gameplay wise. Every Faction ha this "Elite" Unit Darkspawn has the Ogres, Mages have this Crystal Robot and Constructs have that too and the Qunari have this huge more ogre lioke enemys. Bun Functionally they all have the same base attack both timing and animation wise three attacks follwowed by an area slam

And don´t forget according to Veilguard these Darkspawn are basically ultimate version

The darkspawn design is stupid, but you do realize there are people that played the game, right? You do realize how incredibly dumb you look when you have to lie like this, right? I guess you do get likes from players that came around to confirm biases... you have armoured darkspawn with two-handed axes, with shields, with spears and exploding biomass. The redesign is stupid, but you just shown one type of 7 in the game.

I still remember the first time I saw those darkspawns at the battle of Ostagar where Duncan lost hist life, it was very terrifying.

I don't play the game. But when I saw the new Darkspawn the very first thought that I had was "these things are a fantasy version of Husks from Mass Effect."

in origins thw warden keep dlc you see wardens summoning demons and binding them and wasnt it establised in origins the wardens tried to take over the country at some point already? in da 2 legacy the wardens threatend ti kill an infant Hawke if Malcolm didnt helo them

"They should've looked at Origins and and analysed Duncan" I think its pretty clear the devs actively hate Origins and does everything to piss and shit on its legacy, Bioware has become its own 343 Industries.

Lol the wardens arent bad in Veilguard imo. Seems pretty on par.

They've always sucked, unless ots you, they're never shown to be competent in Origins, awakening, 2 or inquisition either

So I have chosen the wrong answer since I did exactly the same like you until I didn't have the medic skill and just inject it and he died anyway. xD But the worse thing after "Millers men" arrived the quest is again buggy and the roundels don't move... It's really annoying how ridicolous tons of quests are equal buggy like that!!! (It's around my 5th time now and have to fix it somehow with console commands... Churchill the dog also completely vanished from the world space and else)

Is it just me or is the writing for the grey wardens really bad? These are the heroes of legends reduced to a boring old man who is stubborn and refuses to see what's around him. Even if it is the calling compelling him to be blind to the situation, the fact other wardens can't tell the calling is happening to him (which I believe they can) is mad, only two out of everyone under the first wardens' command tell is utterly mad. The calling is taken very seriously in the wardens so for the First warden to be experiencing it and not saying anything is wrong too, and if the archdemon is causing the first warden to experience the calling why isn't it doing it to all the wardens? It has a power of a god at its side. It doesn't make sense. Imagine if this First Warden (I say warden commander in the video) was like Duncan. Inquisitive and resourceful. Remember the first scene of Duncan rooting out darkspawn, why isn't the First Warden doing that or at least ordering people to properly investigate. The fact that this first warden doesn't believe in gods which archdemons are (blighted gods, corrupted by the blight and darkspawn) is maddening. It's like the writers don't understand what a grey warden is, which frustrates me so much, as the battle scenes could have been really elevated, having the first warden screaming their battle cry "In war, Victory - In peace, Vigilance - In Death, Sacrifice - For the Wardens!" or "join us brothers and sisters, join us in the shadows where we stand vigilant. Join us as we carry the duty that cannot be forsworn, and should you perish, know that your sacrifice will not be forgotten, and that one day we shall join you". How epic would of that been!!! This game really did the wardens dirty.

I am enjoying the game as far as I can. I do like the companions more as we get to know them. Emmrich and Davrin so far are my favorites. Lucanis is getting up there as is Bellara strangely! I despise Taash. I hate how her whole personality is her gender. They could have done so much with a female qunari who chooses to live outside the extremely gendered Qunari society that we have gotten to know since Origins. She asks Lucanis at one point if non-binary people can have capes.....she is so....Her dialogue is tiktok cringe and I find myself muting the game during her quests. If she had wanted to live as a man, fine, you do you. I may not personally agree with it but, fine, but this non binary thing....I do not get it. Even Taash says it is stupid and she doesn't get it. Showing Biowares ham fisted attempt at throwing in queer identities. But I cannot win as both sides of the argument call me either a bigot or a shill for one, not liking Taash and 2, playing the game....

Taash drives me nuts. Once I noticed they dont even have an accent it bugged every time she talked.
