Would you say it feels something like a Viper V3 Pro Mini in hand? on EloShapes and just in general, the two seem very similar in shape. I love the VV3P shape, but it’s just a tad big for my liking.

@@osukareal with the viper v3 pro being a bigger mouse I can really say they very super similar. Plus the hyperlight has a hump that’s more towards the back whereas the viper v3 pro is overall just rounded. If like the viper then I think there’s a solid chance you’ll enjoy the hyperlight but yeah i couldn’t say that it’s a viper mini lol

The scyrox v8 isn't a direct rip of the design like the atk is, though. The internal structure was a whole new design, and it is longer than the x2h mini. Hitscan got their mold and internal structure directly ripped from atk. That's why more people are mad about this. Because the schematics got leaked to atk. Scyrox just use the other design as inspiration.

Just based off a theme I'm seeing with these Chinese mice, I'd turn down the polling rate from 8kz cuz you're probably not actually getting 8k. Mad R Major is supposedly 8k but its more like 5.5k. and yes I have tried it at 3200 dpi and 1600 dpi and 3200 reads around 4.9 - 5.1 on average. So it's just wasting resources for no reason. 2k usually seems to be spot on though.

Im looking for a new mouse cause my superlight is kinda dying and I dont know what mouse I should pick between the hyperlight and op1 8k which would you recommend?

@@joongames6495 well they’re both different to the Superlight, both are smaller and a little bit skinnier of a mouse. I’d say the OP1 8k is a bit skinnier than the Hyperlight and its hump is more towards the back of the mouse whereas the hyperlights hump is a bit more forward. So it’d be more on your preference between the two shapes. Also you need to consider price. With the hyperlight you also need to purchase the 8k dongle separately if you want something like 8k. With the OP1 it’s a wired mouse and you have to be okay with that. There is a wireless version of OP1 coming out but only to 4k.

think you cant really go wrong with either. Both are pretty similar if not exact in some specs. Main difference is just the shape. Go to EloShapes and compare the two, also make the outlines about 50% instead of 100% to get a more exact idea

@mjrmonkey my fav reviewers haven't posted yet haha. The big ones don't go into enough detail or don't care about the same things I care about. Also small handed community seems to start at Viscose and end at Wasabi 😂😂😂. I was mainly wondering whether this is better than the OP1 8k. I have the purple frost and not sure if this would be a better fit

@takutolovex well thanks for checking my little ole channel while waiting for your big dogs to post 😂❤️🙏🏼 i’d say between this and the op1 8k they’re fundamentally different shapes. They do have a similar curvature in the back of the mouse but as the OP1 starts to go to the mid and front it thins out more than the Hyperlight. Also the hump placement on the OP1 is more pushed to the back whereas the Hyperlight is a bit more forward. I think if you enjoy something like the OP1 i could see you enjoying the Hyperlight but I don’t know if i’d say it’s a “better” mouse. If you don’t like being wired then sure it’s a better mouse but in terms of value you’re looking at the OP1 having the 3950, 8k polling and an overall cheaper price.

I mean, basically a viper mini SE, but lighter and no holes and better side buttons for 1/3 the price. The holes and the side buttons are the only things I don't like on the RVM SE... And the price of course.

@@mjrmonkey yeah, I mean every mouse is going to feel somewhat different, but if you're a RVM fan, it seems like the hyperlight checks a lot of the same boxes and even offers more in a lot of ways than the RVM SE, even if it's just like 90% of the same shape. I like my RVM SE a lot, but I can't say it's worth it's price and the holes and side buttons feel like a downgrade from much cheaper mice offering similar specs for 1/3 the price.

Got my Hyperlight tonight and put on the Obsidian Air dot skates and while using it on the Wallhack SP-004 glass pad it sounds super scratchy. Doesnt make sense bc i have these dot skates on 5-6 other mice and all of them make ZERO sound. You can slide them across the pad and hear nothing, but the hyperlight its almost like something is dragging. Took the dots OFF and put on their stock skates and it sounds the same way.

@@Bizyze i have hyperhidrosis and never had an issue with the pad so i’d say it’s pretty solid for sweat resistance. Water resistance i’m not super sure I never purposely poured water on it lol

Disasembled this. The inside is quite simple. I swapped Huano and Kailh switches to HCNHK ones, and encoder from TTC Silver/White to Huano. The mouse uses 13mm encoder.

Me again! Believe it or not, I'm watching this video on a bus headed home (I was travelling all around pretty much) and the whole 7 days I was just waiting for a new vid to drop, I wanted to see what you would make next. And again, good video, good base, though I would give you a few tips (use them if you want, if not it doesn't matter): The biggest thing I'd do differently is probably the pacing and video format. I know that you're probably doing short videos like these without scripts, and that's totally fine, but if it was me, I would've tried to fit this short impression into a short, to get some "hype" for the actual video since shorts get a lot more views. On the topic of video contents: add some music! Music really helps keep attention to the vid, since without it it can get a little boring listening and looking at the same thing for 5-15 minutes, so definitely I would recommend you to add some music as well as some background footage, but don't add too much, we don't want the subway surfers brainrot Another quick tip: if you can (I know a lot of people don't have the space to do it) try to change camera angles and make a few interesting shots! Break up the monotony. Right now, the reviews are solid, but as soon as you start breaking up the grid, they'll improve drastically. The last thing I would tweak is actually with the long-format reviews: I would really like it if you added some game footage at the end, and how it feels while gaming, as well as more "general" hand feel: you do add size comparisons to other mice, but most people (including me) don't have 20 other mice to compare to. I hope this isn't too long, and please please please don't take it as a critic, I do like and support your content and channel, I'm just giving you tips that might make the videos more attractive/interesting to watch. Alright, that's it from me, as always, keep it up, I'm looking forward to the next video. Peace out!

@@TheThunderFrog thank you man as always for the tips and support 🙏🏼 I've thought about doing shorts but I don't know as a small creator of it'd be better to pump out more actual videos or short because I don't think shorts go towards me becoming a partnered creator, but definitely will look more into. A lot of the small short videos are 100% shorts that I choose to make as videos so it can contribute towards the goal. With the long form reviews I definitely want to.do more and add more to them. A lot of it is simply my overthinking if I'm being honest like if I include clips I want to make sure they're good gameplay clips but then my overthinking kicks in and I then play for hours and no clips because none were "good enough". In regards to the music I'll definitely think about it and see if there's any music I can add that isn't intrusive enough. Again thank you man 🙏🏼

@@mjrmonkey Don't sweat it about the clips being "good enough"! Any clips are better than none at all! I know we all want to make perfect videos, but the quality always increases over time. Just hop into a deathlatch game and get a few kills, that's pretty much enough. On the shorts topic, they're really just gambling. I know a guy who puts a lot of effort into videos, and now only has like 400 subs (he gained 100 on the last short) and another dude who makes bad copied content but on a popular game and he literally prints these videos! He has close to a thousand subs. I know that those aren't subscribers that actually watch the videos, but anything to get the algorithm going. Right now, you just wanna increase sub count and view time, nothing else. I finally got home, after a 13 hour flight and a 6 hour bus ride, so I'm dead tired, I'll go sleep. Good luck and peace!

I am torn in between getting Scyrox v8 or spending more for Lamzu Maya X. I know these are pretty different in shape but I dont know which I like more. The price difference is pretty saginificant and I dont know if I can justify getting Maya here or maybe I dont see something
