The video itself gets a thumbs up from me for the entertainment value, but damn there were quite a bunch of gameplay errors in favor of the imperial player. Many people already mentioned some but I think I found some more. I write this for any viewers trying to learn the rules, since the game was 2 years ago and I dont plan on beating a dead horse: 1. Recruitment card in turn 1 was played wrong, tarkin should have been bount to the same system as motti, giving the empire less of a headstart. 2. Vaders action card can only be played when Vader is actually in that system the card is to be played in. Mission cards can be played by any leader, Action cards however cannot. 3. When the investigation card was played during the time the rebel base was revealed, that card that lets you draw search droid cards for every 4 rebel units in the base, there were no units in the rebel base, they were placed in the system. So the imperial wasnt allowed to draw any search droid cards, which would have opened a lot more options for the rebel base relocation. 4. You cannot pass during a round just to then do something after the other player took their turn. if you pass, you end your phase, and may only still REACT to someone else attacking or performing missions. 5. The relocation only occurs at the end of the command phase, which would have enforced a final battle at the Rebel base. Contrary to what some commenters say, you CAN have 2 captured leaders at the same time, if one has the Carbonit status ring and one has the captured status ring, as of the 2019 FAQ I think that was all. Other than that I did enjoy the interviews inbetween turns and applause to the rebel player for having made it this well despite the disadvantage and the empire not playing fair. :P

I dont get it. I thought that if you pass durign command phase you are out of turns until the refresh phase besides playing leaders to oppose missions.

I got to try out the Mandalorian game at GenCon as well. Sounds like the game has mercenary side mission you can do that would help replayability and there is a hidden traitor mode that sounded fun.

Its kind of smart put ray and kylo with the mandalorians in set 2, its even better with Ashoka and Grieveous in Set 3. I just finished reading the book when asajj ventress hunted down grieveous on order from the Jedis. I have a Death Star question. If the Imperials fleet including the Death Star activate a system which happens to be the Rebel Base, does the Combat Round commence immediately or do I have the opportunity to play a "Superlaser" mission card and blow the planet up? If the combat phase initiates, do I get the opportunity to play the Superlaser card at the end of 1 space and 1 ground round? When can I use the Superlaser mission card? In my most recent game the Rebel player ha the opportunity to use the Death Star Plans card after every Space battle round and I was under the impression that I couldn't use the superlaser until the combat was all resolved which was frustrating. Please Help

I am having trouble understanding how to defeat the Rebel base by blowing it up. After you activate the system with the Death Star and a Fleet, does the space combat need to be compete(no more rebel fleet) before I can use the super laser online project card, can I use it after 1 round of space combat and 1 round of ground combat?
