@@hello_newton1356 I just realized that if you bestow dryad arbor you go infinite as long as you have mana open because the copy is again a land that enters. If you have cradle you make reeeaally many arbors in 2 to 3 turns!

Not exactly. The templating of Mesmeric Fiend means if the Fiend leaves play with the trigger on the stack, the opponent never gets their card back. Others can probably explain this better than I can.

@@boosterblader3209 interesting, good to know. So it's this advantage vs the corner cases where the lifelink and flying could be relevant. I mean lifelink and flying with a couple of exalted triggers can be ok.

Hi Damian. Mesmeric fiend is better against removal, which is much more relevant than lifelink/flying in the matchups we want the effect.

@@hello_newton1356 Maybe I'm missing something. But isn't fiend only better if the opponent makes a mistake and doesn't wait until the trigger resolves. If they wait until the trigger resolves the templating doesn't matter (unless you can abuse the card with the trigger on the stack), then bat and fiend work the same. They both either take the removal spell or they take the combo card, which the opponent gets back after removing fiend/bat.

@@damiangruber1338 Opponent can respond to bat trigger by targeting it with removal. In this scenario, you don't keep the creature. If they do that against fiend, they lose a card too.

Scarab swarm has firmly entrenched itself as a nice sideboard card. :)

The black count is low but it's doable. That said, I don't think it's worth it as FA is not a card we want to pitch. As far as matchups, the goblins matchup is favorable and I don't think it's effective against atraxa. It only really beats sneak into emrakul. Very rarely will opponent show in emrakul naked.

@@hello_newton1356 The new setup doesn't look less bright though. It just seems a lot less sharp. As if you reduced contrast. Maybe try to compare with other MTGO streamers. Anzi has very good looking settings (imho). Thank you for the content nonetheless! Always appreciated.

The new streams look brighter but don't really solve the issue I was seeing, which is that the tones are a bit washed out and not very crispy. @@carloinnamorati5897 Thanks for the feedback. I think I see what you're referring to now. The MTGO app doesn't appear to look as nice. I think it's something with the MTGO settings or I need to increase the brightness even more. I'll try again next stream to see if it helps.
