When creating the army you can make more then one. Kind of two units in the army So make one for infantry and one for archers. Then use middle mouse button press to switch from one to the other to give orders.

This game is good, but atleast 2x Fame gain and NPC loot 2x just saves time, let's be honest nobody likes to hunt for 3 hr for a deer trophy..

Are mods working in co-op ?

The standing troops in a village cost prestige each day, that and any foothold the enemy gets by the pop up camps that you keep swatting down. You get 100 each day with trading and you get more by putting buildings up. The cattle and vault are good adds for the village and build several homes so you have more villagers to recruit from.

You can hit O to go in the army tab, click the Details button next to their squad, and designate how many pieces of food you want them to stock up with. Looks like you're having fun! =)

Great videos! Do you find the entire village works more efficiently if you keep all their work priorities at 5 except for the 2 or 3 you want them to focus on? I try to prioritize 2 or 3 jobs then put the rest of their work priorities at 0, but I am constantly finding them idle and things not getting done even when they have materials and open work spaces.

When creating armies, make two groups. One with archers and one with infantry. Use middle mouse to switch from one to the other. That way you can position infantry in the front and infantry to the side or on high ground.

As other people have mentioned. once you have your army assembled, use the 'E' command, instead of telling them to interact with the storage, tell them to interact with the flag at the staging ground, it tells them to make themselves ready for battle... they will equip armour, eat and get extra food in their bag.

When you have the army called you have to click on the staging ground flag. Just like you do to loot area. They will gear up and grab food automatically.

Prosperity: certain raids and trading give you a “Temporary” Prosperity so it will go down over time, Building Village improvements has been tricky. To be able to get to level 5, you really have to unlock all the village improvement buildings, you will also have to delete certain buildings and get the construction points back then make new buildings that have better prosperity points as you unlock them. I have done this process of build/delete/rebuild. Of course, you could wait until you unlock all buildings first, but this would take a long time,

I haven't use the game preset. I pick the armor/weapons I have in ""storage"". I have not had any problems with it so far. Also, I add two to three Armor or weapon types in preset I have in storage and give them a priority number. I also have arrow baskets near the Flag, full of arrows to make it easier to access. I'm sure everyone has different ways they do this.

At Time stamp 10:53. I do the call to arms to assemble them and then I click on the Flag which directs them to gear up and get food.

you can transport more on the river. Not sure the limit but I have transported 37 before. It said 10/10 because you had 10 in your army. Enjoying the videos.

Honestly I am more interested in a mod that adds unique equipment, more fluid combat and better AI. The game is solid but main aspect is building, the combat lacks behind. Simply, if noclip mechanic for npcs is implemented, it'd bring much more fun in fights, as enemy npc won't stack on each other and be able 5-6 guys to hit you simultaneously because they can move through each other.

Luckily you can also deactivate in the settings, that armor needs STR. The skills raise faster but still to slow for that and the issue stays that villagers have low stats. I find weird they added that already but the promised feature raising the limitations of the max. Skills or get rid of the bad traits is still missing.

Just doing a binge watch on this series. The location you chose is different I wouldn’t bother going there until you unlock fast travel but really it’s a preference on each persons gameplay. Thanks for all the information and mechanics you mentioned, some really great tips. I’ve just started another playthrough so I’m really looking forward to more content😊😊😊

U can press "E" to staging ground when u gathered ur army

The mod I would be most interested in would be a redesign of the shop system. The existing one, which is extremely limited, is very frustrating to me. Removing restrictions to only a few items and quantity would go a long way to making the gameplay much better.

This may in your opinion be a better starting location for your base, but I've tried it here for 20 days and am continually attacked by roving bandits. These are not coordinated raids, but bandits that roam right through my camp. All I have are bows and clubs and no armor while some of these bandits have swords and metal shields. I'm getting slaughtered. If you place your first base in the middle of three bandit camps... expect a damn good fight.

I am finding the just getting people with “Average Production skills” is good enough to run your village. Having people with “High military Skills” is more important and hold up better in battle. There is one exception. (Research Skill). The villager debuffs do not seem to affect them too bad. Maybe this will change with future updates

For the Village Improvements that require Construction Points it is well worth just building Village houses, this adds more villagers to choose from when recruiting. I did not know this so I ended up deleting anything I had built to get my Points back so I could make houses.

((For making two groups quicky)) I made my archers (reservist) Only, so when I click on my Flag banner I can recruit them First and then start a second group and add my ground troops. This saves some time. So you could make your main group (reservist) and then another group whoever you pick.

Might want to think about right clicking and blocking some attacks. It's pretty easy.

you have to wait for your people to be at the dock before you port you they get left behind. also you have your people on hold ground press R to get them to attack instead of just standing there until they get attacked

My only advice on todays events is to say, when you assemble an army / group of companions, instead of sending them to the warehouses, foodstore etc ... just tell them to interact with the banner at the staging ground, they will all run off and get food and change out equipment for the best they can use, no matter where it is located in the village.... if you tell them to interact with a stockpile / warehouse etc, they will only get the best of what is in that store. Click on the banner and wait at the banner until they all return and you're good to go. Still loving the content. AND got my mods working (finally !!). :D

Go past on the left side of the tower where the silver asteroids are and head straight down that corridor area past the big balls past the ice, and head pretty much to the green poison mist area. There should be some coal in front of each of the big"walls" on the right and left... Gold is at the big ship that's in three pieces that's down the right side towards the three blue domes and then yellow one. You'll see the broken ship in the left side as you pass the last two blue domes.

ive tried installing and neither work for me. sucks. i wanted the storage mod. but the game really doesnt need mods. stamina and inventory and storage is the most important to me. but i can do without it. but wish it worked as well lol

One special note: You want to use the Latest Tab, and sort by Last Update, not the Updated Tab. Updated tab will not show you brand new mods, only ones that have had an update since they were first uploaded. ^-^
