I have seen him perform close at hand,everything he performs no matter what style all has the same flavor,there is none, he collected forms and never put the time into real training into one system.

This is so beautiful. It doesn't matter at all which faction [feng mo gun] this belongs to. How can all the movements necessary for spears and staffs be included without exaggeration like that? After Ba Ji's 6 harmoni and Hung Gar's 8 diagram, this is the first time I've seen a form with spears and staffs in it without any superfluities.

風磨棍法最好是練純熟一點再拍片.重點在棍子速度可以跟空氣摩擦產生的聲音.你這打起來有氣無力也不知道哪個部分是磨空氣的點
