@@MsDoubleDo the rice paper or the rice noodles? The noodles just stick to your fingers. Just wash your hands and wipe completely dry after handling them! Or keep a damp towel (or paper towel) you can dab your fingers with and then a dry towel so you can dry your hands. For the rice paper, dry your hands with the dry towel after wetting the rice paper and placing it on your plate! So when you go to roll it, it doesn’t stick to your fingers. Hope that helps! i normally love the khmer dipping sauce for khmer spring rolls, but whenever i go to a viet shop at work, i MUST get the peanut sauce for the viet spring rolls. they go together SO well!. since i live in japan now, i can’t get the vietnamese ones anymore so thanks for sharing the recipe!

A little tip for shredding the imitation crab meat, It works best with the long tube pieces but will work regardless. Use two forks, one to hold the meat in place and the other to scrape down lengthwise, it will shred it into strands that you can then dice into small pieces.

Update for everyone. I recently went to a new restaurant in town and they had something on the menue that caught my eye. A crab Rangoon grilled cheese. I tried it and it was hands down awesome. If any one you are interested try using this ladies recipe and then spread it on a home made grilled. Will blow you away. Cheers

If you knew how that fake crab was made, you'd never eat it again. Use LUMP canned crab. It's under 6 bucks and tastes soooo much better.

This sauce was better than the viet restaurant near me... I didn't have all the ingredients, mainly hoisin (can't spell) sauce... so I looked up a video on how to make that, and I had most of the ingredients.I only made a tiny amount and kinda just guessed on how much of what to put in there based on both videos which were for large amounts. 1. Everything in this video: peanutbutter, water, garlic, brown sugar, fish sauce 2. sub hoisin sauce with stuff I had in the fridge from previous recipes. - tiny bit of oyster sauce, probably half tsp of white sugar, probably tsp of lite soy sauce, and i think that's it. It was really good, although I think ill add just a biiiiittt more soy sauce since it was kinda sweet probably cos I used LITE soy sauce. I was fr scared I wouldn't like it 💀
