I've been listening to Michael Franks in a small town in malaysia - thanks to singapore radio - since the age of 13, while my girlfriends were listening to and crushing on New Kids on the Block and Tommy Paige. I'm 48 now, and reside in the UK

I been listening to Michael Freanks since the early 70’s, when my brother told me about him. He is one of my favorite song writer/ singer talents. Heh comes up with jazzy bosa nova type beautiful music. ❤❤❤

This song just takes me to another place. The vocals and harmonies along with the subtle chords and how the organ progresses throughout just melts my soul. Can't help but sing along. What a time for music. Great production.

Listening to this on a Tuesday evening and I am so grateful for great music like this. I am also so happy and so greatful that I have a girlfriend who is the real thing. And she’s someone who will be there when a call. So it’s got to be the real thing.

My favorite piece of him and also the "Hopes and Dreams". I'm 21 and I've been listening to his music since I was in high school. I really love his composition. There really is something in his music that captures a person's heart.. the feeling of something from the past that is hard to put back and will just stay in memories forever.. I love Jim Chappell. 😀♥️
