How long can you keep your meatpie after baking especially when u're selling

You can keep cool on a rack for8 to 12 hours after baking depending on your weather. Please refrigerate after 8 to 12 hours. If you have 24 hours interrupted light it can stay in fridge for 5 to 7 days, but if you don’t have constant power supply, I’ll advise to freeze it. Warm it in the oven or microwave and it will still taste fresh. I hope you find this helpful.

Recipe filling: 1 large mackerel fish 1 medium size potato 1 medium size carrot 1 large sweet onion curry, thyme & rosemary seasoning cube 1 tbs of flour (thickening) salt to taste dough: 1kg of flour 500gm of cold salted butter 1tsp baking powder 1tbs sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup cold water 1/3 cup cold water 1 egg
