If you want to listen to God's word with understanding, go on KZbin or on the TV and look up Shepherd's Chapel. The Pastor reads it verse by verse. Since listening and studying with them, I feel I have learned the truth.

‘Good at prayer’ is exactly what you said, talking to God as if He is right next to you…. BECAUSE HE IS!!! Prayer is communicating to God to maintain an intimate relationship with Our Divine!! Communication is key in any relationship, but most importantly, your relationship with God/Jesus/Holy Spirit

Amen brother every media outlet won't let Christians talk. Every sinful opinion is put on a pedestal in the media it's a shame. I am in no way a perfect person and sin everyday. I am trying to create a relationship with God and it really is hard with everything they're pushing.

I was an unbeliever who tried to start in Genesis, and I always got stuck in Levitcus... after an encounter, I was led to the Gospel, and I read every word of all four. Then, I just read the words that Jesus spoke, so I added Acts and Revelation. Every single word is for every single person who wants to be saved. There are no specific gospels to read if you're a specific group of people because, specifically, we all need every word that HE ever spoke. Each gospel is written in a way that reflects each of the four different ways that people actually learn. How incredible is that?! Absolutely awesome! John is a great book, but Matthew, Mark, and Luke are equally important to the discipleship for which we have all been called as followers of Jesus. I agree with you on not to listen to anything that isn't our Heavenly Abba's word. Jesus told us that HE is our teacher, and He is a wonderful teacher. May you be blessed, sir, and may your family be blessed until the end of the age.

*Feel like they should start off by learning gods name is Yahweh and his son is Jesus makes it more personal than ohh “god” ya know* OR You know where they should start? With all the *SUBLIMINAL* AND *OBVIOUS* god/devil shi right in front of us…. Literally have famous music artists yelling out “devil tryna be my FRIEND do you hear how confusing this is ANYONE? Or devil trying to make a deal but I say NO deal” OR “needs my soul isn’t my property, if I don’t join him he will try a demonic robbery” Like wtf but no one notices…. I know 1 things for sure as shi gets more and more obvious… end times *Revelations* gets closer..
