If you struggle with 165, try 82 and sync with only one foot. I found it was a mental distraction listening to 166.

But how do I change the entire plan to a week later ? Just got off my bike doing my first 20 miler in over a decade and the legs are shot. I wanted to set up the plan. But I didn't realise it would start with high HR intervals tomorrow, when I will barely be able to walk. As it is, I will probably have to delete & create again from scratch.

Does IT also disconnects the bluetooth connection between your phone and the Garmin when using the heartbeats device. Currently I AM using the HRM app from the app store top send my heartrate from Apple watch tot Garmin Edge. The only negative is that IT Will disconnects your phone -> Garmin connection when using this app.

It’s not about being fancy. After an injury or when dealing with swelling it’s much more difficult to get a compression sock on. They are meant to be tight so, typically, they can’t be pulled on like a normal sock.

i'm going to ask the obvious question.. why didn't they put a Garmin mount connector or a handlebar mount on the POD..? I would think it would be better to have the smart watch pair to the Garmin Edge so that you can hold your arm/watch at an angle to be able to see it when you are riding.. Turn by turn navigation is useless unless you can see the Garmin GPS.. you can always hold your arm in a way to view the watch.. a simple beep with an arrow on the watch would tell you where to turn..
@melissaontrail

Having some sort of mount for the pod would be very useful.

@@a1990sGamer the sound speaks to your hardships, your challenges, and your situation. This is my current challenge and situation.
