So many comments here talking about over priced, well let me explain. The Mule isn’t mass produced but hand crafted, now ask yourself how much time goes into making just one of these resonators, that’s not including materials. I’ve been a woodcarver and woodworker and no one wants to pay for quality, but they want quality until they see the price then they want cheap passed off as quality.

You talking as if this is scientific theory and school. But the left hand expresses as much or more emotion and vibration than the right hand and the pickup takes 99% of it's sound from the string above it, then to a lesser extent the effect of the fret, neck, bridge on that string tone and maybe 0.1% factor of things these are achored to electrically. Still your guitars are cool man and how one feels about it affects your playing.

I’m almost 60. Discovered Charlie about a year ago. He is one of performers that inspired me to get a guitar and learn. Didn’t get a resonator, but will someday. Awesome!

Put a Dean Markley pickup on a Yamaha acoustic and play through a Peavey Bandit that’s what Elmore would do. I never saw him in a picture playing anything but a dreadnot and I believe he played slide with old tubes.

I have a 1930s ish metal tricone guitar with a Metel neck.. Says pat pending on the back of the neck... I cant find any other one like it... ANYONE have a clue what I have and where I can find info on it..
