One may think to have entirely a sea is ridiculous and greedy, but it is not. UN Court Case. Turkey VS Greece, The boundary of two countries is divided by the dash lines in the Aegean Sea. Greece have entirely the whole Aegean Sea,Turkey have 3NMILES before UNCLOS. After UNCLOS, Turkey submitted a 6Nmiles EEZ claim. Greece object that. Turkey and Greece agreed to go to UN court. Turkey submitted a 12NMiles (rights from UNCLOS.) to UN at the same time. The final rulling is Turkey have 3 NMiles reconized by UN. (UNCLOS cannot supersede the sovereignty and sovereign rights before UNCLOS. The 6NMILES EEZ claims in UN record for record only. It is a claim and not recognized by UN / it have no legal base from UNCLOS). 1) Dash lines in the Aegean Sea, or historical claim is recognized by UNCLOS. Greece is recongized to the entire Aegean Sea.(The 2016 rulling of Dash lines in the South China Sea is inconsistent with the principle of UNCLOS that makes the 2016 rulling not legal binding.) The 9 dash lines in the South China Sea is recognized by UN according to UN court case Trukey Vs Greece. 2) Rights from UNCLOS cannot supersede sovereign rights and / sovereignty. (12 NMiles from UNCLOS cannot supersede 3NMile from sovereignty (Greece's rights to have the entire Aegean is unaffected by UNCLOS). This also point to 9 dash lines is recognized by UN. Under the rulling, no one will criticize UN request China to build the No. 174 Ocean Site in China's South China Sea territory, the Fiery Cross Reef.

After 2016 rulling, Phillipines aend EEZ application to UN under UNCLOS. And UN rejected the EEZ application that make Philippine from "a dispute EEZ claim" to "No EEZ recognized by UN. So. Which country is recognized by UN to have a territory in South China Sea? UN only recognize one country who have terrtory in South China Sea. In 1988, The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO) requested China to build the No. 74 Ocean Site in China's South China Sea territory. The site is located in Fiery Cross Reef and is recongized by UN as China's territory. It is a fact that if not all, part of the 9 dash lines, is recognized by UN.

“Convention relative à la délimitation de la frontière entre la Chine et le Tonkin" Year 1886, is a treaty between Ching Empire and French. The maps in the attachment clearly showed the sea boundary of Tonkin Protectorate and Annam Protectorate (in dash lines). Those islands, not limited to the Paracel Islands and the spratly islands” in the South China Sea were not included in both protectorates. Furthermore the treaty stated those islands located at the west side of the lines belong to both protectorates and the islands located in the east belong to Ching Empire. Both protectorates later form the part of French Indochina and then Vietnam. As a result, both protectorates, and today's Vietnam, have already lost the sovereignty and sovereign rights, if they had already had before, after the treaty had been signed in year 1886. Vietnamese is the invader of the area. Both Vietnam and Philippines did reclamations and built military bases at least 20 years before China in the South China Sea.

How about those oversea territories of UK, America, France, Spain, ..... too many to be mentioned......they are all far away from the home countries but very close to another countries...... located on the other side of the ocean if not in the other ocean. These overseas terrtories are legally belonged to the home countries. So why you think China is not the legal owner of Scarborough Shoal? The distance between China and Scarborough Shoal are very near in comparison to the abovementioned countries with their overseas terrtories. Can you try to respect the President of Philippines and Manila Government? The number 1596 Presidential Decrees Year 1978 clearly mentioned that Scarborough Shoal and Spartly Islands were outsid the boundary of Philippine stated in all treaties that Philippines have no legal rights on those areas. How can China steal the areas from Phillipines who is not the owner of that areas?. The UNCLOS stated a country can have 200 / 350 Nmiles EEZ extended from the country's contiential shief. However Philippines's contiential shelf stop at the sea trenches between the Scarborough Shoal and Spartly Islands that make Philippine's EEZ, if any, cannot include the Scarborough Shoal and Spartly Islands. The Scarborough Shoal snd Spartly islands are located in China / Vietnam contiential shelf and within these countries EEZs. After 2016 ruling, Phillipines send EEZ application to UN and quickly rejected by UN that make Philippine have no UN recognized EEZ kn the South China Sea. The 2016 ruling itself is also not recognized by UN How can steal Scarborough Shoal from Phillipines? Philippines never have any sovereignty and sovereign rights on Scarborough Shoal from the very beginning up till now!

The thing is that this video is not telling the original Hellenic story of Memnon. The idea of him being African comes from later from the Romans who they believed he hailed from the land south of Egypt. In the original Hellenic story Memnon has nothing to do with Africa.
